Beautiful Boutique Garden adult apartment in Atlanta's swankiest West Midtown neighborhood! Guests will have access to the side unit of my home using a keyless entry for easy check-ins and convenience. This is a tiny home layout but plenty of space for two to three people! Think of it as a hotel suite style layout! This is a above ground basement apartment and private patio with a separate entrance below my home on the first level of the home. It is not the main house upstairs space.

You'll be staying in the former one-room hotel in a renovated mini-suite. One pup under 25lbs is allowed with a $30 pet fee. Please see the House Rules section for more information.
