Perfect spot to stay if arriving late from a ferry, or taking an early ferry. Lazaro was super helpful and responsive. We ended up using the twin size blow up mattress in the bedroom, which worked out great for our little one!

100% recommended! The property is beautiful as shown in the pictures. Super neat cleaned. Even though the Island had a power outage, Axel made sure he had a generator ready for us and made sure the property was kept powered up. He went above and beyond. The place is quiet and perfect for a family vacation. The pool was very clean, and the water temperature was pleasant. The outdoor kitchen was extremely convenient with all the amenities needed for family enjoyment. We will definitely be back!

La casa de Carlos fué todo lo esperado, desde el momento de llegar, que fué fluido y cómodo para entrar tu carro y bajar tus cosas, te encuentras con una casa limpia y agradable, cada rincón de la casa estaba impecable. La cocina perfectamente equipada para cocinar para una familia grande, una terraza justo al lado de la cocina, donde disfrutamos la vista a la montaña con un café durante la mañana. Los baños espaciosos con toallas limpias y lo necesario para el aseo. Tiene aire en toda la casa ,muy cómodo para el compartir familiar. El área de la piscina espaciosa y limpia con su barbeque de gas ya incluido. La comunicación con Carlos incluso desde antes de reservar fué excelente ,contestando todas mis preguntas, es un anfitrión atento y proactivo. A mi familia les gustó su casa y volveríamos a quedarnos.

If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, look no further. Yes, there are nature sounds(chickens and coqui frogs) but I actually enjoyed them immensely. I wanted a place away from the hustle and bustle and this place was perfect for that. It was only 10-15 minutes from the ferry in Ceiba, and still close enough to all locations on the east side. The view was spectacular and I found myself sitting in the rocking chairs on the lanai taking it all in many times throughout my stay. The space was clean and set up nicely. I enjoyed having luggage racks for my suitcase. It was very serene and everything I needed was taken care of. Aida and Jose were great hosts and very responsive to any questions I had. They were friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely stay again. Thank you for having me!

Great experience (our 5th stay in PR.) Nice, bright comfortable place for we 3 adults. Cooked several meals there & initially found kitchen lacking some basic stuff: mixing bowls, pasta pot, measuring cup, colander, etc. We contacted Jennifer & Elsa and the requested items were delivered 24 hrs later. Hosts were friendly, cooperative & seemed amenable to the few suggestions we made upon departure. Would certainly stay there again!

We had a great stay at Pedro’s apartment. His detailed instructions for accessing the gated community and the apartment made check-in seamless, allowing us to settle in quickly. The apartment was clean and provided all the comforts of home, making it an ideal retreat. Both the living room and bedrooms featured air conditioning and fans, ensuring our comfort during warmer days. A highlight of our stay was the balcony and rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed the mountain views and sounds of nature. The community offered excellent recreational facilities, including a nice pool, basketball court, and putting green. We always felt secure arriving at the apartment, thanks to the on-site security and gated access. With several nearby restaurants and easy access to main roads, exploring other municipalities and attractions was a breeze. Overall, our experience was enjoyable, and we would certainly consider staying at this unit again. Thank you, Pedro, for sharing your home with my family and me.

We enjoyed our stay in Ramon's Penthouse Apartment. Felt like it was a great deal for the money...3bd, 2ba, full kitchen, TV and Internet. Ramon provided wristbands for on property amenities, but we were too busy to take advantage. We liked the apartment being close to the ferry as we planned day trips to both Culebra and Vieques...also not too far from San Juan for trips back to see the Fort, Palace and Old San Juan. Apartment was very clean. Loved having washer/dryer in the unit. A/C worked great. Even had a few unmentioned amenities that we took advantage of like 1 beach chair and pull cart that came in handy. This space was absolutely perfect in terms of location to the ferry to Culebra and Vieques, Luquillo and El Yunque, and to get to towns in the south. It was perfect for our family size of 7 and was spacious, secure and clean. All amenities were provided as advertised. Host was responsive and friendly. Overall experience was excellent 5+ stars *****
