Vakantiewoningen met patio in Maddalena archipelago

L'appartement de Ludovica, super, rien à redire, tout est parfait, propreté, emplacement. Ludovica communique avec ses hôtes, veille à ce que tout se passe bien. L'appartement est moderne, très bien équipé. Nous avons passé 9 jours avec 2 ados. Si nous revenons en Sardaigne, nous retournerons sans hésiter chez Ludivica.

Piękny apartament i świetna baza wypadowa! Ogromnym atutem mieszkania był widok z dachu na morze i okolicę, a także klimatyzacja, niedaleka odległość do plaż, morza i sklepu. W pobliżu były także dostępne darmowe parkingi. Duke i Luigi są świetnymi i pozytywnymi ludźmi, dostaliśmy od nich bardzo dobre rekomendacje oraz zostaliśmy miło ugoszczeni :) Bardzo polecam i pozdrawiam Duke i Luigi :)

Great location and apartment..stunning view of the sea from the terrace. The apartment has everything you would need. Just to note we stayed at the end of the season (mid October) and most of the restaurants and bars were already closed in Baja.

Really nice place in a quiet part of town yet just a 15 minute walk to the main area of downtown with lots of restaurants. Street parking was very easy. Wifi was strong enough for video calls. Anna Rita was really nice and even had some beach chairs and an umbrella we could use. Would highly recommend!

The location was perfect, quiet, in a residential area but an easy walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. The apartment was as per the photos and super clean. Carmen was very responsive and provided some suggestions for the area. We were only there 2 nights but I wish we had stayed longer.

We had a lovely stay. A very nice locating. Andrea is a great host and cooks very well. We are looking forward to visit him again!

Sehr, sehr schöne Unterkunft! Super sauber, groß und schön eingerichtet, tolle Terrasse sehr, ruhig und nah am Strand gelegen. Danilo war jederzeit erreichbar, war sehr freundlich und hatte tolle Tipps für die Gegend. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Palau.

Stefano ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sieht mindestens so gut aus wie auf den Bildern Man ist mitten im Zentrum, und dennoch schläft man ruhig

We hadden fantastische dagen in het huis van Marco. Het is een heel mooi huis met ruime slaap- en badkamers. Sara heeft ons vriendelijk ontvangen en veel tips gegeven. Het is rustig gelegen en op loopafstand van de haven. Perfect dus!

Appartamento davvero piacevole e con una bellissima vista sul centro di San Pantaleo, paese comodo per raggiungere rapidamente i vari punti di interesse della zona. Il terrazzo é un plus non da poco! Natalia (l’host) si é dimostrata molto gentile e più che disponibile in ogni interlocuzione.

Federico a été un super hôte, qui nous a accueillis très chaleureusement ! La maison est située dans un endroit très calme avec une vue incroyable et un accès privatif à la mer. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier des conseils de Federico qui a toujours été super réactif. C’était un réel plaisir

Séjour au top. Notre hôte a été super. La maison était très propre. Il était très réactif. La climatisation est un vrai + avec la météo en Sardaigne. En bref, je recommande vivement.

We were a group of 10 and had an absolute amazing stay at the S’ARD House. The house and cottage has rooms with great space and private bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and Valentina was very responsive. The location is very nice if you want to have a nice view of the sunset, a peaceful stay and be 20min drive from a lot of nice beaches. Supermarkets are also 10min away.

Super semaine plongé dans le maquis Corse et proche des plus belles plages. C’est très paisible et bien situé, à 10min de Bonifacio. L’accueil était super avec des hôtes très réactifs et aux petits soins, encore plus lorsque quelque chose ne fonctionne pas! Merci encore pour tout, je recommande les yeux fermés 😎

Wir waren mit der Kommunikation und mit der Sauberkeit und der hochwertigen Ausstattung des Hauses sehr zufrieden! Der Blick in den Hafen hat Flair und ist spannend. Der Fluglärm hat uns nicht so gefallen. Maria Maddalena ist sehr herzlich!

Résidence et cadre magnifique, proche de la nature, plus beau coucher de soleil de Sardaigne à 10 minutes (Li Cossi), Natalia a été très agréable et très réactive. Je recommande.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole, avevamo pensato di stare tre giorni poi siamo rimasti oltre tre giorni. L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle. Un gran bel soggiorno, torneremo di sicuro

Siamo stati benissimo!!! Tutto è andato oltre alle nostre aspettative che erano cmq molto alte. L'Appartamento è comodissimo e molto bello (tengo a sottolineare che dal vivo è molto piu bello di quello che si vede nelle foto..) super pulito in un residence davvero fantastico con una piscina con acqua salata, una vera chicca. Vorrei inoltre complimentarmi con la persona che è stata, sin dal primo giorno, il nostro referente, il sig. Marco Gallo. Una persona squisitissima, di una gentilezza rara e professionalmente impeccabile. Sempre disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta e a dare preziosissimi consigli ed indicazioni di qualsiasi genere. La mia valutazione generale quindi è eccellente!

Appartement bien situé proche de toutes commodité les photos parfaitement conforme à l’annonce le plus la place de parking privé , Charlotte une hôte très accessible et très réactive.Nous recommandons ce lieu pour un agréable séjour à Bonifacio.

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

L’host ci ha accolti con gentilezza. È stata un’esperienza veramente molto bella.

Alles super, schöner Wintergarten und Terrasse, Tennisanlage und Pool waren auch perfekt. Tennisschläger und Tennisbälle gab es auch in der Wohnung. Mit dem Anwohnerparkschein, der bereitgestellt wurde, konnten wir uns Geld beim Parken an den Stränden sparen. Als die Klimaanlage und der Ofen zeitgleich an waren, ist die Hauptsicherung rausgeflogen. Uns wurde aber schnell geholfen, wo der Schalter zu finden ist. Der wlan Router hatte einmal kein Internet, auf Nachfrage hat Antonella den Provider kontaktiert und das Problem war in 5 Minuten behoben. Somit 5/5 Sterne für alles.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Giulias Appartement. Traumhäfte Strände sind in der Nähe, jeweils nur kurze Autofahrten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und die Sicht von der Terasse ist wunderschön! Giulia war stets erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend!

The apartment felt and looked better than the photos. It was beautiful in - and outside. It was clean and nothing was missing. Excellent location, parking, quiet and safe. Excellent written recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Warm and memorable host - very helpful with requests.
