Das Apartment liegt wunderbar direkt im Herzen von Centro Palma. Restaurants, Cafés, Märkte - alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ganz tolle Kommunikation mit Maria. Können wir bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Wir selbst kommen bestimmt auch wieder her...

Perfekte Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung :) Schlafzimmer und Balkon zeigen entlang der Bucht von Cala Pi, was wunderschön und entspannend ist. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und nach einem Frühstück auf dem Balkon kann man z.B. 5min zur Bucht spazieren und baden oder mit dem Auto die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel erkunden. Toller Ort, sehr guter Kontakt, wir kommen gerne wieder! 10/10

Joana was an amazing host!! Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely come back and stay at Joana’s place. She left us some gifts when we checked in and it was the most thoughtful thing a host has ever done. Her apartment is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and even beach towels and after sun for the sun burns. She was also able to accommodate our checkout timing so we are thankful!

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Schöne Unterkunft, die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und zu unserer Zeit war die Anlage noch sehr ruhig. Iris ist eine tolle und proaktive Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation, der Check-in und Check-out super. Wir haben die Unterkunft und die Umgebung sehr genossen. Definitiv eine Empfehlung.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber mit guten Empfehlungen zu Restaurants und Unternehmungen. Das Apartment war wirklich sehr sauber, selbst der Boden hat geglänzt. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon, gerade bei Sonnenaufgang. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Zum Hafen von Alcudia sind es ca. 40 Minuten zu Fuß, die man schön am Strand entlang gehen kann, oder man nimmt ein Taxi zu einem günstigen Preis.

Location, Location, Location. Denna pärla har en perfekt plats. Boendet är mycket bekvämt och otroligt vackert, vi älskade terassen! Omsorgsfullt inrett, vackra toner och hemtrevligt. Man känner sig direkt väldigt lugn och man trivs. Gångavstånd till restauranger, matbutik, busshållsplats. Vackra promenader och utsikter åt alla håll. Kan varmt rekommendera detta paradis. Alla frågor besvarades snabbt och här finns allt för familjen på boendet.

Catalina und Juliàn sind super Gastgeber. Sie waren immer erreichbar und haben sich bei Fragen in kürzester Zeit gemeldet. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Es ist alles vor Ort, was zum Kochen, Grillen, Waschen etc. benötigt wird. Wir (6 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) haben uns in der Unterkunft wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a lovely week at Salva’s beach home. It is a cozy spot just a block from the beach, with plenty of outdoor space and a great rooftop and view of the ocean and town. The primary bedroom was on the second floor and it was nice to have a peaceful oasis, while our two teens had the downstairs bedrooms. We opted not to purchase the WiFi and enjoyed a digital detox for the week with lots of walks in the foothills (trail just 3 min from the house), beach explores, visits to surrounding towns (Artà, Colònia de Sant Pere, Sóller, Cala Rajada), and evening card games. There are also few great restaurants just a 10 minute walk from the house. We were there for Easter break, so the town felt very relaxed and pesceful. Salva helped us problem solve a few issues that came up and was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this spot, and plan to return. Vi var virkelig glade for vores ophold hos Miguel. Haven var smuk og lejligheden ren og hyggelig. Miguel og hans hustru var yderst venlige og behjælpelige med at besvare spørgsmål.

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Jordi and Margalida were such incredible hosts. They were so sweet and so helpful with walking us through their beautiful property. Their airbnb had absolutely everything we could’ve asked for! Their home is so beautiful and I couldn’t have found a better stay than this one. Next time we’re in Mallorca, we’ll definitely be back!

Et fantastisk hus, hvor man fornemmer hvordan det har været at være en rig familie i Soller for over 100 år siden. Det er en oplevelse i sig selv at være i huset, hvor fornemmelsen af det oprindelige hus er bibeholdt i alle rum. Vi opholdt os meget i gårdhaven da det var 35 grader. Der er loftsventilatorer i alle rum som - sammen med husets konstruktion fra en tid hvor man ikke havde aircondition - giver en behagelig køling om natten. Lækker detalje med udendørs bruser med både koldt og varmt vand.

Nous avons plusieurs jours en famille dans le logement de Sebastia, et ne pouvons que le recommander chaudement. La communication avec Sebastia était simple et efficace, le logement facile à trouver, et bien situé pour rayonner à Soller et dans ses environs. Cerise sur le gâteau, la gentille attention à notre arrivée avec des chocolats et gâteaux traditionnels pour Pâques. Un grand merci à Sebastia pour son accueil !

Marga was an excellent host. Her communications with us were very good. She left us some welcoming food- empanadas, fruit and some wine. The house is lovely with nice terraces and a small pool. Parking nearby was safe and convenient. Petra is ideally situated in the centre of the island so it is easy to visit anywhere. We would definitely recommend Marga and would certainly visit again

Another wonderful stay at Oliver's beautiful home in Cala D'or. Paradise! we will be back.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Nähe zu Ort und Strand ist bestechend, aber auch die Wohnung selbst hat uns gut gefallen. Die Bilder geben einen sehr passenden Eindruck! Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit zu erreichen und auch der Check-In lief ganz unkompliziert übers Handy. Einen Punkt Abzug für teils schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank und löchrige Bettwäsche - kein Drama, aber das muss beides nicht sein. Kurz vor Ostern waren einige Baustellen in direkter Nähe, aber das kommt vor.

This was the best place we have stayed in Majorca and we come every year! The views from the apartment were glorious- overlooking the harbour, the beach and also the mountains. So close to the beach, the best restaurants and ice creams and a little stroll from the busier main part of the port. We had a glorious relaxing holiday with so much sun and swimming- we didn’t want to leave.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Luis. Le logement est propre, conforme à la description et très pratique. Il y a une belle vue sur la montagne depuis le balcon. De plus, la location de l’appartement était parfaite, la plage et les commerces sont à proximité. La résidence est également très calme, avec une belle piscine :) Nous recommandons de passer un séjour chez Luis, si vous êtes de passage à Alcúdia !

Wir waren sehr Begeistert von der Unterkunft und dem gesamten Areal. In privater und gemütlicher Atmosphäre haben wir eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Sehr Freundliches Personal, und dank den regelmäßigen Reinigungen auch immer ein sauberes Apartment sowie Handtücher etc.

Marina was an amazing host. I arrived a day later than expected and she left the sweetest gift for me upon arrival. The location is incredible - a 4 minute walk from the most beautiful beach I’ve ever been too. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Die Unterkunft entspricht dem Inserat. Die Lage ist super. Kurze Wege zu den Supermärkten, dem Strand und den Restaurants. Der Strand von Alcudia ist sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit Maxim war einfach und problemlos. Sehr gut ist auch, dass es einen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände gibt. Das einzige was ein bisschen negativ ist, dass es keine Schlüsselbox gibt. Die Wohnung ist auch ein bisschen hellhörig. Insgesamt kann man die Wohnung empfehlen.
