Glyn’s house was just as the listing said. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family with 4 children. Even with 4 little ones it was within easy walking distance to both train station and bus stops. Glyn was friendly and helpful and gave some great suggestions on things our children would enjoy doing in London. I’d stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay for the Easter Weekend. We love Margate - have visited several time but really wonderful to have sea views from the front windows of the house this time. Magical. Beautiful house, location perfect for us. We were two families - 4 adults and 4 children in total and the house was the perfect size for our group. We each had a floor of the house, and a bathroom for each family. The kitchen/dining space was the winning area. Really great. They are also working on another lounge area downstairs- not quite finished when we stayed but would be amazing to have that second seating/lounge area. Throughout the house beautiful decor. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. short trips to so many beautiful beaches and bays. house is bigger than expected. down stairs was huge for 2 adults and 3 kids. No walkable shops nearby so take what you need, cafe was good when open. Lovely little village

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Ivana’s place is wonderful. It has lovely bedrooms a great kitchen and social space. The hot tub and outdoor terrace are great. Ivana is super helpful. The village has a lovely pub, a great coffee house literally steps away. I would highly recommend.

Nous étions 6 amis et avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet appartement. Tout s'est très bien passé. Étant donné le nombre d'activités et de restaurants à Londres nous n'étions pas souvent à l'appartement, mais tout était comme sur l'annonce. Les lits étaient corrects, de même pour la salle de bain. Le véritable point fort de cet appartement réside dans sa localisation. Très bien situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied de Brick Lane/Shoreditch et vous êtes en une vingtaine de minutes au centre de Londres. Un arrêt de bus et une station de location de vélo sont également juste à côté pour se rendre à Londres encore plus facilement. Le deuxième point fort est la porte d'entrée avec code, qui permet de ne pas avoir à se soucier des clés. C'est particulièrement avantageux si vous partez à plusieurs. Enfin Mark a été très réactif et a facilité notre séjour. Je reviendrais bien volontiers.

Alan’s room is good and tight, and next to O2, it’s a good place for visiting Greenwich.

We came for a weekend family trip which included my 3 year old. The property was a 5-10 minute walk from Colliers Wood tube and access to the property easy. The home itself was amazing! Well equipped and fab for a small child who loved sleeping in the bunk beds and reading all the books there. Colliers Wood is on the Northern line and is well served to other parts of the city. We used the Tesco metro which is really near by and enroute from the tube back to the property to stock up on a few bits. There was a Sainsbury's and M and S near by too which we used for our dinner the second night after a busy day sightseeing. The home was just so lovely to relax in after a long day. Peter was super responsive and helpful after I messaged to say it was slightly chilly and this was literally because the weather had only just gone so cold. Peter sorted the boiler for us and provided blankets just in case we were chilly. Great property and great host. Would love to go back!

I have stayed there before since it's close to my daughter's house. It's a great place to stay, comfortable, easily accessible, high street is 3 blocks away. Eryn is a great host!

We had a brilliant time at Sally's, the space was exactly as expected and very much walking distance to a lot of great shops, bars, restaurants and to Whitstable. Would recommend and stay here again!

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in London, in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Straße. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, und obwohl der Weg in den 4. Stock etwas herausfordernd ist, lohnt sich der Aufstieg absolut! Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern – alles ist blitzsauber und bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts, und die hochwertige Einrichtung sorgt für ein echtes Wohlfühlambiente. Besonders angenehm: Im Badezimmer gibt es sogar Rituals-Produkte. Beatrix hat auf unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell und lösungsorientiert reagiert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Diese Unterkunft ist eine 10/10 – wir kommen gerne wieder und können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

We had a great time, very accommodating host. The apartment is right on the beach with stunning views and lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

Das wichtigste vorweg: wir waren mehr als zufrieden und unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Bereits im Vorfeld hatte Claires Assistentin Luisa Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen und erste Tipps gegeben, wie wir am Anreisetag zueinander kommen. Sie erwartete uns dann bereits in der Wohnung, um uns die Besonderheiten der Wohnung zu beschreiben (Heizung, Küche, Terrasse etc.) sowie ein paar Tipps zu geben, wo wir einkaufen können und wie wir schnell ins Zentrum gelangen. Diese Tipps waren Gold wert. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. An einigen Tagen gab es Flugzeuggeräusche, aber sie störten nur morgens und waren hilfreich, um den Tag nicht zu vergeuden. Im weiteren Verlauf hatten wir keinen Kontakt zu Luisa oder Claire, weil wir einfach rundum zufrieden waren. Jederzeit würden wir wieder in dieser schönen Wohnung Quartier beziehen. My family and I have just enjoyed a wonderful weekend together, staying in Lauren's lovely apartment.  It is a spacious and beautiful place, tastefully and stylishly furnished and with a great retro vibe.  We loved playing the vinyl LPs on the vintage Dansette player!  Such a treat.  The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms super modern. The kitchen is user friendly, and Lauren had left some very thoughtful and welcome essentials for us, which were much appreciated, not to mention the joy of finding a Nespresso machine and capsules! Marvellous!  My grandchildren benefited from the buckets and spades when playing in the rock pools, which is all they wanted to do, and also the toys which were a welcome diversion. Lauren is most certainly the Hostess with the Mostess, and we would love to go back to Hastings at some future date.  A big THANK YOU from all of us!

Lovely apartment, with great facilities and ideal location. Beach, high street and train station all within 5 mins walk. Karim was responsive and gave lots of local recommendations, which was much appreciated!

Overall a nice and clean appartement, had more or less everything you'd expect to need. Host was also proactive and friendly to communicate with. Would consider staying again when visiting the area.
