Vakantiewoningen nabij een strand in Mali Iž

Smještaj je bio vrhunski – prekrasno uređen, čist i uredan pri dolasku. Maja je bila izuzetno pristupačna i uvijek dostupna za sva naša pitanja i podršku, bez obzira na doba dana. Nin je idealno odredište za obitelji s malom djecom zbog predivnih plaža koje djeca obožavaju. Stari dio grada, gdje se nalaze svi važni sadržaji, udaljen je svega nekoliko minuta hoda, a trgovine i restorani su nam bili vrlo blizu. Posebno bih istaknuo profesionalnost osoblja u restoranima i izvrsnu hranu. Preporučujem svima ljetovanje u Ninu i boravak u Majinim apartmanima!

Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele, mogliśmy jeść pomidory z przydomowego ogródka. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko na plażę, do restauracji czy do sklepu. Apartament czysty i ładny, taki jak na zdjęciach.

The flat was very clean and comfortable, it has the perfect location, literally 4minutes from the beautiful beach, which is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The host was very friendly and helpful, waited for us at night after our flight was delayed, responded to every message within minutes and explained the best options for public transport. Definitely recommend and I already can't wait to come back here some day :)

Die Wohnung ist top! Matej und Nena waren perfekte Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern und in Wirklichkeit sogar größer, als es darauf aussieht. Vom Balkon und durch die Fenster von Wohnzimmer und Esstisch hast du einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer. Obwohl die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt, ist es dank der Klimaanlage auch im Hochsommer darin nicht zu heiß. Bei unserer Ankunft (bei 39 Grad!) hatte Nena uns die Wohnung bereits klimatisiert übergeben, was nach der langen Autofahrt erst einmal eine Wohltat war. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken für uns befüllt und kleine Snacks standen bereit. So einen Service haben wir vorher noch nicht erlebt! Waschmittel, Kosmetikprodukte, Spülmaschinentabs, alles bereit da! Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5 min, mit dem Rad brauchst du in die Altstadt vielleicht 20 min. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

First of all, the location of the appartment is great. It's close to the beach and it takes less than 10 minutes to get there. Thus, it's a great choice if you plan to attend it. Bus station and supermarket is close too. The Old Town is also can be easily accessed by walk. The flat was tidy and comfortable. The description and pictures are accurate. Another great asset was communication with Andrej. He is very polite and helpful! We enjoyed our stay here a lot!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Drazen sehr genossen, alles entsprach den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Jederzeit wieder! Vollen Empfehlung!

Wenn man bei Vesna übernachtet, dann kann man sich nur aufgehoben und wie Zuhause fühlen. Vesna ist unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und kommunikativ. Sie gibt Tipps für die Umgebung und nahm mich spontan mit auf eine Party im Ort. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und die Matratze des Betts war fantastisch. Wenn noch andere Gäste vor Ort sind, ist sie etwas hellhörig, aber ansonsten fühlt man sich einfach nur wohl. Ich hatte eine richtig tolle Zeit mit Vesna und komme sehr gerne wieder!!!

Casa con vista sul mare stupenda, pulita e attrezzata per cucinare e rilassarsi. Cucina super accessoriata, divano comodo così come i letti. All esterno zona relax con divanetti. Parcheggio privato attaccato a casa comodo anche per moto. Host chiaro, disponibile ed educato. Unica pecca: nel quartiere ci sono diverse case in ristrutturazione con i disagi che le ristrutturazioni possono dare.

Perfect tranquil spot in nature. Stunning. Well equipped house, gorgeous outdoor space and garden - olive groves, beach, jetty, eating area. Close to a sandy beach if that’s your thing. The road from Tkon to the house is paved which is great. Stock up in Tkon with food and supplies - recommend cooking fresh local fish on the grill. Mmmmm!

das haus liegt ein paar meter über dem meer, gerade in der richtigen distanz, um das meer voll zu genießen, aber abseits der sehr sympatischen, öffentlichen standpromenade zu sein. die terrasse ist windgeschützt, sodass man auch an windigen tagen den meerblick voll geniessen kann. die eiche im garten vervollständigt den malerischen meer-anblick. eine wirklich sehr empfehlenswerte unterkunft.

Wszystko super, gospodarze bardzo przyjaźni. Zostaliśmy poczęstowani świeżymi warzywami i miodem. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło sprawnie. Dostaliśmy nawet możliwość szybszego zameldowania. Dom zgodny z opisem i taki jak na zdjęciach, bardzo przestronny, okolica spokojna.

I don’t think words can do justice to our experience at Senka and David’s place. The apartment was stunning - you can really tell that the owners care about their guests very much because the apartment is amazingly well equipped and absolutely spotless clean. The proximity to the beach was also perfect. But the best part about our stay was Senka ❤️ She was so attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, she offered recommendations for places to visit/eat at and even brought us some homemade Dalmatian food to try. We really couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful stay and for dear Senka who made our stay even more special. We will definitely be back!

Absolute Empfehlung! Der Garten und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind ein Traum, läd ein zum Baden und Spazieren gehen (oder wer mag Joggen) am Wasser. Alles war sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche und Sofakissen haben besonders frisch gerochen. Dubravka ist herzlich und unkompliziert. Mit der Personenfähre kann man Zadar und andere Inseln besichtigen. Mit der Autofähre kann man Nationalparks auf dem Festland besuchen, aber auch die Insel gibt einem genug Optionen zum Entspannen, Essen gehen und Wandern. Man braucht nur auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Krasny dom - novy a stylovy, perfektne zariadeny. Terasa na streche s grilom a vyhladom na more - TOP. Na plaz je to cca 4-5 minut. Hostitel bol super priatelsky a ochotny, v pripade potreby vzdy k dispozicii. Radi sa sem opat vratime.

Keurig afgewerkt en compleet huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien zoals een wasmachine, vaatwasser en uitgebreide keukenuitrusting. Het huis heeft een terras (geen tuin) en eigen oprit voor het parkeren van je auto. Er is direct contact met de buren die langs het terras lopen en rijden. Dit is niet hinderlijk maar wel goed om te weten. Op loopafstand van een mooi en verzorgd (kiezel)strand aan de weg, met fijn terras en bar La Bocca. Supermarkt om de hoek heeft beperkt assortiment. Het centrum van Sukosan ligt op 5 minuten rijden en 30 minuten wandelen. Vanuit Biograd en Zadar zijn de eilanden goed te bereiken met de reguliere ferry.

Świetna lokalizacja , bliskość morza, siedząc na tarasie w cieniu Oleandra, słyszeliśmy plusk wody. Domek uroczy, przytulny , dobrze wyposażony i przygotowany na nasz przyjazd. Gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny, pomocny , załatwił nam parking -opłata 60 euro za 2 tygodnie. Miejscowość cicha , różne restauracje zachęcają do odwiedzin. Sklepy blisko domu. Byliśmy w 4 osoby i te 2 tygodnie minęły nam w bardzo przyjemnej atmosferze. Z żalem wyjeżdżaliśmy. Nawet bijące rano dzwony z pobliskiego kościoła przestały nam przeszkadzać. Chętnie tam wrócimy.

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

Je recommande à 100%! L’appartement était parfait, très bien situé, beau et propre. La terrasse sur le toit était très agréable et bien qu’elle soit partagée, nous n’y avons croisé personne d’autre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’hôte, qui a été proactif, nous a fait de nombreuses recommandations pour les activités et les restaurants dans la ville selon nos goûts. La communication avec lui était facile et fluide. Les petites attentions laissées dans l’appartement pour nous accueillir à l’arrivée nous ont tout de suite fait sentir que nous étions les bienvenus.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michelle. Nous avons été accueilli par Andreas qui a été très accueillant, attentionné et toujours de très bons conseils. L'appartement est conforme à la description et l'emplacement est idyllique pour des vacances paisibles loins des lieux bondés de monde. Je recommande cet appartement allez y les yeux fermés...

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est très lumineux et la terrasse est très agréable lorsque le soleil est là. La communication avec Luka était très fluide et il a toujours répondu très rapidement à mes messages. Nous n'étions pas préparées au réveil à 6h30 avec les cloches de l'église tous les matins. Cela surprend les premiers jours. Nous avons pu visiter tous les sites que nous voulions malgré un temps mitigé. Nous avons aimé notre séjour. Je recommande.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und modern. Wir haben die Terrasse mit der wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang geliebt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Nin, Zadar, bzw. die Erkundung der vielseitigen Landschaft mit dem Fahrrad oder E-Scooter optimal. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren absolut lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
