We loved our stay! The house was just as described and so comfortable and easy. The beds and linens were spotless and extremely comfortable. The AC worked perfectly as did the washing machine. The kitchen was well equipped for reheating a take out meal. We came needing to do some work and the WiFi was super strong and we could do multiple video calls without a hitch. The neighborhood is a bit outside of things but a 7-10 minute walk will get you to numerous restaurants and bars and the clock tower. While Theo was not on the premises, he was easy to reach and very responsive. There is a woman on site who speaks English and was available to help us and answer any questions. We would return here in a second!

Such a rustic, beautiful home! They were wonderful hosts and cooked us 4 different amazing and fresh Thai foods for breakfast. There were so many places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Great spot for a retreat or getaway

Petit havre de paix au milieux de la jungle ! Idéal pour un couple ! Meilleurs bains de ma vie face à la nature ! Le service comprit et au delà du prix payer ! Boule de bain peignoir serviettes et petit accessoire beautés fournie ! La bulle ne manque de rien ! Il y’a même une télé qui n’a d’ailleurs pas ça place dans cette endroit magnifique mais sa reste personnel. Le petit déjeuner qui est également fournie est très bon et très copieux. À quel pas du big bouddha visible de l’extérieur je vous conseil de le visiter de nuit il ferme à 21hoo !

Orawan is super host for sure. Property was exactly what we needed after all the hotel stays with our little girls of 1 and 3 years old. The accomodation gave us a homely feel with a beautiful views on the paddies and mountains and Chiang Rai is just 15 minutes away. It gave us the much needed restful place to stay after all the bigger cities we have visited. Also the host made us feel very comfortable and made dinners and breakfasts as per our taste. Orawan was also very helpful with dropping us to the city and helping with renting a reliable scooter. We will come back for sure.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Simon. Le lieu est encore plus beau qu’en photo. l’équipe est adorable et très serviable. Nous avons pris le bus depuis Chiang Rai, et ils sont venu nous chercher pour nous conduire à la maison. La maison est au milieu de la nature. Prévoyez un scooter si vous souhaitez vous déplacer. Il est possible de dîner sur place, mais vous avez également un accès total à la cuisine si vous préférez cuisiner vous même. Malheureusement la piscine était vidée quand nous sommes venues mais elle a l’air sublime. Le cadre est très beau. Il y’a deux gros chiens adorables (attention toute fois si vous décidez de partir en randonnée à pieds, ils peuvent vous suivre et vous serez bloqué sur la grande route). Nous recommandons ce logement.

El alojamiento de Damien es increíble!!! Está en un lugar mágico, en una aldeita, rodeado de montaña. Un lugar que inspira paz, tranquilidad…Está cerca del magnífico templo blanco y a unos 20 minutos de Chiang Rai centro pero vale la pena alquilarse una moto y alojarse aquí, fue la mejor decisión que pude tomar, ya que me encanta estar en contacto con la naturaleza. La casa tiene de todo: nevera, microondas, platos….un lavabo increíble en el que puedes ducharte con unas vistas espectaculares. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Chiang Rai repetiré!!! Que la distancia del alojamiento no te haga perder esta oportunidad. Vale la pena y en un momento estás en el centro. Si investigas un poquito puedes ir por caminitos de montaña hacia diferentes puntos de interés, como el gran Buda….y así también pasas por diferentes aldeas y ves más la vida local. Muchas gracias por este alojamiento, me ha inspirado y traído calma🧘

Even though I did not have the pleasure of actually meeting Suphattra, the communication with him through Airbnb was excellent, informative and considerate. While I did not have any problems while staying in his clean and comfortable accommodations, I felt reassured that if something came up and I needed his help, he would have been responsive immediately. The staff on hand that I met were also friendly and helpful. The place absolutely met all of my needs and interests. It was just the right size for a solo traveler and I enjoyed my freedom and privacy while there. The place was as described in the listing and photos and I would be pleased to return for another visit sometime down the road. Without hesitation I am happy to offer a very high recommendation for this listing.

A house full of character and extra thoughtful touches. Thank you! Air con in the bedrooms was very welcome, as it was very warm / hot outside. The other areas had large floor fans, which were essential to keep the warmer air flowing through the house. Fantastic large shower room with plenty hot water and great water pressure. Great smelling shower gel and shampoo too! The outdoor area was great to eat breakfast, or have a coffee in the shade of the awning, whilst beside all the beautiful garden plants. The 2 hammocks under the house are a brilliant place to hang out in the shade whilst reading your book. There is a garden area, where you hang out washing. The laundrette is close by, and super efficient, so took a load of laundry along, brought it back, hung it out to dry on the clothes rack. With the heat, it was dry very quickly. Shops and restaurants easily reached on foot. I also recommend the hot chocolate shop, 1-2 minutes walk away. Absolutely delicious 😋 Chao Cocoa.
