House Oleander is situated in a small village Poljica, only 10 minutes drive from Malinska. It spreads over 2 floors and consists of a kitchen with a living and dining area, one bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms on the first floor. On the first floor, there is a big balcony with a sea view and downstairs there is a big covered terrace. Also, you have a big garden outside with a grill and swing. House is well equipped. You will love this house!

Lavanda Holiday House is ideal for families with children. It is located near the beach (150 m). A shop, bakery, fruit shop, pharmacy and post office are a 6–7 minute walk away. The house is well equipped in shabby chic style and offers an outdoor dining area and a stone barbecue. One parking space is included (a second is available at extra cost).
