Had an excellent stay here! Had more amenities than described. We planned on buying things for the beach, but we had a whole beach wagon full of stuff for each bungalow. Spent hours on the lagoon with the kayaks! Very quiet and relaxing stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming bungalow in Siesta Key, and it was everything I hoped for. The location was unbeatable—just a short drive or bike ride to the pristine white sands of Siesta Beach and the vibrant Siesta Key Village. The bungalow itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with a beachy vibe that instantly put me in vacation mode. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local restaurant recommendations.

This was a great find and will become a staple for our weekend getaways to the beach. This place was beautiful. We spent the first hour after our arrival just walking around taking in the beauty of the grounds. Beautiful landscaping and lighting made us feel like we were back in the keys. The room was perfectly clean and so peaceful. It made us want to abandon city life and relocate to this bungalow. We brought our one year old with us. I selected for there to be baby items when I booked the place but honestly didn’t have much hope it would actually be there on arrival. We couldn’t find our own pack and play when we left our home so we were planning to all squeeze into the bed together. We were pleasantly surprised to find a pack and play, high chair and eating utensils set up for us in the room. Our host, Kyle, was very responsive and helpful. Very friendly interactions and set us up for success. We will definitely be back!

Kyle’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was as pictured. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more. We loved the pool. We were provided with plenty of beach towels and a beach cart with anything you would need. The location was perfect. It was close to everything. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to visit Siesta Key.

Great last minute trip for us! Really enjoyed our weekend. Totally recommend it.

Amanda was quick to respond and was flexible with our check in when our flight arrived super early in the morning. Super clean and modern, perfect location next to the beach/gas station/grocery/restaurants, and the pool was the perfect touch after a long day at the beach. It has spa vibes! Definitely recommend.

Petit havre de paix, tranquille qui donne directement sur le lagon qu’il est possible d’explorer grâce aux kayaks mis à disposition. Le logement est très bien équipé (ustensiles, serviettes de plages, BBQ, fauteuils de plage, glacière,…). La piscine pour profiter de la fin de journée est parfaite. Un grand merci!

This place is exactly as advertised. The location was particularly nice because it is a two minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in Holmes Beach and within a very short drive to everything in Anna Maria Island. Place was extremely clean and well kept. The added benefit of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, kick boards, coolers, etc) pprovided by the owner was amazing. Everything you needed for a comfortable day at the beach was at our disposal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a great price on a rental in Holmes Beach.

We are enjoyed our stay! The property was just as advertised and directions on ABnB. The home was so clear. The space was enough for two or 3 because there is a sofa bed, the king size bed was very very comfortable and the amenities were all modern and in excellent condition. The location was perfect to get restaurants in Bradenton as well as within a 10 minute drive to Manatee Beach and Anna Maria Island. The neighborhood was safe. Also laundry detergent and extra toilet paper were there enough for our 3 day stay. We would definitely return!

We had a great week in this fantastic house. It had everything we needed and booth the house and the surroundings are really nice. We are a family of five (3 teenage boys) and we had a lot of space in the big house. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. We felt really welcomed by Jack and his wife. We truly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who will spend their vacation at Floridas west coast. Thank you Jack for letting us stay in your home!

The place looked just like the photos - beautiful and clean. Also in a great location, we enjoyed our time in Anna Maria island. Richie is very communicative and overall made check in and check out very quick and easy! We had zero problems.

DO NOT STAY HERE, Especially during early April 2026!!! I'm kidding of course. my wife's family has been visiting Sarasota for over 40 years and this was a wonderful way to spend the week. Their condo building was under repair so we stayed at Kristian's. The pool is AMAZING and our 5-year-old had an absolute blast the whole week. The landscaping around the pool is top notch and gives it a very secluded feeling. Great house. Great host.

Sweet house...beds were AWESOME! Showers, amazing!! Kitchen had anything you could want...TV's were very nice with tons of options...a very centered house...we could walk to eating places, AMI general store, bike rentals, coffee, donuts. Just perfect! Thank you so much!!!

Wonderful space with great bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked and organized! Very clean and very well maintained throughout! We loved it! My sister and our 2 daughters stayed for a long weekend for a lacrosse tournament and we had everything we needed! Great host with timely communication with clear directions for check in and check out! Highly recommend and hope we get back again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The heated pool was amazing—especially during a relaxing evening swim. The location was perfect, with Marco’s Pizza just a few minutes away. The check-in process was clear and straightforward, and the entire house looked and smelled clean. We highly recommend this stay to others!

Had a nice stay and although the property isn’t anything special, it is as described so I knew what to expect coming in. Overall it was a safe and comfortable place which is all I needed! Appreciated the provided coffee and nice bathtub (but didn’t get to try of the jacuzzi jets). There was an electric portable little cooktop which I didn’t expect so that was a nice convenience! I didn’t think there were dishes at first but then found plates in the outside drawers in the porch. The house looks like it’s still in the process of being remodeled, not finished with patched drywall. The AC and the ceiling fan in the bedroom is really squeaky so would recommend fixing that or a white noise machine.
