A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

It is located along the west river where every summer you can go tubing, swimming, or kayaking. This newly renovated carriage house is nestled in the Battenkill River Valley alongside a picturesque spring fed Marsh . The post and beam structure is private and quiet as it is distanced from my family home . The kitchen is stocked with a bounty of delicious local and organic self serve breakfast choices plus a wide range of organic coffees and teas.Please feel free to let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
