Appartement conforme à la description, près de la mer et disposant d’une très grande piscine dans la résidence qui était très peu fréquentée en cette deuxième quinzaine du mois d’août. Très propre et acceuil parfait avec Heidi et Jeroen. Rien à redire

Das Häuschen hat unsere Erwartung erfüllt. Ruhige Lage , Einkauf-Restaurants und Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein tolles Parkgrundstück und netter Empfang. Im Häuslichen war alles zweckmäßig und ordentlich. Man hat alles was benötigt wird. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher haben wir gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und werden bestimmt einmal wiederkommen.

Mention spéciale pour la place de parking juste en bas, super pratique ! L’emplacement est idéal, dans un coin calme mais proche de toutes les commodités. On s’y sent tout de suite bien. Merci Sofia pour l’accueil, on reviendra sans hésiter !

Jag och min fru bokade denna fantastiska och minnesvärda villa tillsammans med våra barn och barnbarn. Det är inte ofta man blir berörd och upplever en vistelse mycket bättre än förväntat. Supporten från Marie-Laure och Barbara var utöver det vanliga på alla sätt och det var en fröjd och en trygghet att känna oss så väl omhändertagna. Allt i huset var prima, fräscht och höll väldigt hög nivå - pool, vy, terass med solstolar, uteplats med egen grill, kök och hela boendet i övrigt, det fanns absolut ingenting som fattades. Vi rekommenderar boendet med dess närhet till havet, omgivningen och färja till Saint-Tropez. Även de närliggande restaurangerna höll bra klass. Dessutom låg en mindre matbutik nära vilket underlättade. Anders och Lisa med familj 2024-09-22

Maria est une hôte très sympathique et très agréable réactive si nécessaire je recommande fortement nous avons passé un excellent séjour le mobil home été bien équipé et entretenu très calme et agréable je referai un séjour avec grand plaisir tout était parfait 👍🏼 🥰encore merci Maria super hôte

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

We stayed at Francoise's house for 1 week in April and had a lovely time. The house is nice and quiet, well equipped, with a private garden and access to the shared pool, and short walk to multiple coves and beaches for swimming. St Raphael is a short walk or cycle away. We would recommend this place.

Beautiful tiny apartment. It was originally a two car garage, which was nicely transformed into an apartment. The bedroom is one car and the kitchen the other car. :-) along them there is a hall with a closet and the toilet alongside the bedroom while the shower alongside the kitchen. The deck outside is fantastic: both the sea and the property house offer great views. We used the kitchen for minimal eating, we walked or drove for dinner-out restaurants with lots of seafood. Lots of walk-able trails in the area as well as short to medium drive time to more trails. My wife and I loved the time here!

Sejour de 3 jours chez Philippe et Sylvie, nous etions 7 personnes et c'était PARFAIT ! Paysage magnifique, extérieur très joli, et l'interieur est tres charmant et fonctionnel. Philippe, l'hôte, était très efficace dans les explications, un accueil parfait et tres amical. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute, et je recommande le logement les yeux fermés, la qualité-prix est respectée

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. le logement était très confortable, calme et bien situé. le jardin est très agréable. et c'est pratique de pouvoir garer sa voiture. Marie Paule et son mari son très accueillant et bien veillant. Je recommande vivement ce logement si vous souhaiter passer un très bon séjour et vous ressourcer

Wir waren 2 Wochen in Grimaud. Das Haus liegt sehr nahe am Strand (2 Gehminuten). Zudem gibt es in der Nähe Bäckereien, Einkaufsläden und diverse Restaurants. Mit dem Fahrrad sind St. Tropez uns St. Maxime gut zu erreichen. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr schön. Die Inneneinrichtung ist geschmackvoll und praktisch. Hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es war ein toller Urlaub.

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

Mooie plek, sfeervolle ingericht, alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Grote tuin, waardoor je in de zon en ook lekker in de schaduw kan zitten. Mooie buiten keuken, waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Mooi zwembad, tennisbaan, jeu de boules baan. Vriendelijke host en fijne communicatie.

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Apparemment irréprochable pour se sentir comme chez soi, on a passé un très bon week-end avec une vue sur la mer, Wendy a été réactif avec une super communication.

Le logement était vraiment top : spacieux, propre et parfaitement équipé, il ne manquait rien pour passer un bon séjour. Le vrai plus, c’est la notice très claire pour accéder au logement, avec l’emplacement exact et les instructions précises pour entrer le code. Super pratique ! Le digicode est également un vrai atout, surtout quand on est plusieurs — chacun peut rentrer à son rythme sans avoir besoin de clés. Je recommande sans hésiter ! Et je reviendrais sûrement

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mathieu and Sophie's beautiful home! They're backyard is a perfect spot to relax under the tree and overlook the ocean. It's also a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrises. The home is very modern with very high tech controls but able to quickly learn due to their very well written instructions. The ability to play music from their built in speakers was a nice touch. Having a private parking spot was very helpful since we had a car. We loved the neighborhood, close to bakeries, a bocci ball park, and not far from restaurants and shopping. But far away enough from the city center for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thank you to Mathieu and Sophie for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Nous vous recommandons ++. Des hôtes très sympathiques et avenants. Le logement était parfait avec une vue magnifique. Il ne manquait absolument rien, beaucoup d’attention sur les détails, qui fait la différence. L’environnement est très calme et reposant. La gare se situe à 10 minutes à pied rejoignant les principales villes de la Côte d’Azur (Nice Cannes Fréjus etc) pour trois fois rien ce qui est très pratique (pas de nécessité à prendre la voiture) Foncez !!

Logement bien situé proche de la mer et très bien équipé. Croisette et les commerçants étaient accessibles à pied. Séjour très agréable et notre hôte a toujours été disponible pour toute question.

Alloggio pulito, ordinato e ben rifornito. Le foto corrispondono alla realtà. Il patio esterno un piccolo gioiello!!! Si sentivano le onde del mare! L'alloggio è vicino ad un supermercato rifornito di tutto e a due minuti a piedi dal mare con accesso a spiaggia attrezzata o libera. Abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto all'interno della residenza e non abbiamo più avuto la necessità di usarla fino alla partenza. Paca è stato davvero gentilissimo, sia al nostro arrivo che alla partenza. Sicuramente torneremo!!!!

We and the whole family had a good time. The house was spacious, appropriate for small children. The swimming pool was great for the children. The surrounding area has many places for walks and views. The host was kind.
