The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

The Barn in Lititz (4bd, 1bath, great for groups)

Venture into our barn turned modern guest house with an attached indoor half-basketball court! The Barn is nestled between the Forbes Top Ten Rated Lancaster downtown, the quaint town of Lititz and the Spooky Nook Sports Complex. We are ready to accommodate large groups with a full kitchen and room in the upstairs loft for extra inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags. Come and go as you please with your own private entrance and parking lot. We are excited to show you why we love it here!

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. NO GATHERINGS OR EVENTS please. Private carriage house on historical farm house property. 3 miles to downtown Lititz, 5 miles from downtown Lancaster. Several restaurants and conveniences within 1 mile. Great neighborhood setting in a safe area. Large open space with a lot of natural light. NO PETS are allowed but a reputable kennel is 1/2 mile away. No events or gatherings allowed. NO TRAILERS allowed.

Swallow Cottage Private Suite

While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
