Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

A unique adult adventure awaits in this cozy hand crafted tree house! Nestled 12 feet off the ground amongst the chirping birds, red oaks & breathtaking views of Mink Cove in Buzzards Bay. The tree house is accessible by a suspension bridge that leads you to a partially covered porch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or sit back & take in the sunset with a glass of wine. Step inside to the living space & snuggle up on the couch for an intimate evening.

A Bright and sunny home with two bedrooms, a spacious living area with an open kitchen and dining room to enjoy family fun. This home is perfectly located in Plymouth where tourism options are endless, ten minutes away from Plymouth beach, downtown Plymouth and the waterfront area or explore the south side of Plymouth fifteen minutes away from manomet beaches pine hills golf course and others. Cape Cod beaches approx half hour away.

This is an ocean front cottage with a million dollar view of Cape Cod Bay. Fully furnished rustic cottage on private property. Spectacular sunrise. Enjoy watching frolicking seals. Low tide exposes tide pools and sand bars to explore. This is a very peaceful and quiet location. The beach stairs will go back down end of May. In the meantime access to the beach is through the conservation land 1/8 mile walk down the road.

The nautical nest is located a short walk (.04 miles) from White Horse Beach and just steps to the entrance of the Manomet bird observatory. The space is nestled beneath our new modern farmhouse style home. With separate entrance and free off street parking space. Wake to the singing of sweet song birds or stroll the beautiful sandy beach. Whether you enjoy bird watching or searching for sea glass, this is your spot.

The fabulous views of Cape Cod Bay are the highlight of Donna and Craig’s seaside home they aptly call “On the Rocks.” The spacious home is perfect for beach-loving families. Donna and Craig have installed all the amenities and comforts guests appreciate. These include central AC, outdoor shower, firepit, and grill. Did we mention the view ;)
