Todo excelente, el apartamento estaba limpio en todas sus áreas y José fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, sin duda repetiría en volver a La Manga y por supuesto quedarme en este apartamento de nuevo

Todo genial, tanto el Airbnb como la anfitriona, trato y ubicación inmejorable, si volvemos, no dudaremos en elegir este alojamiento.

Alles bestens, wunderschöne Hafenatmosphäre, gemütliche Wohnung, Yolanda ist super nett.

Casa amplia, buena terraza y televisión con Netflix. A 2 km andando de la playa y 15 minutos andando del Mercadona aunque había otros supermercados cerca. Cocina totalmente equipada y cama cómoda. Repetiremos.

Este piso fue un verdadero oasis durante mi mudanza. Necesitaba alojarme unos días en un sitio tranquilo y realmente este alojamiento ha superado mis expectativas. La ubicación es inmejorable, a un paso de la playa, y la tranquilidad de la urbanización me permitió relajarme en un momento de mucho estrés junto a mi perra, una Golden Retriever de 8 años. La urbanización es muy segura, con parking privado y daba gusto dormir por las noches. Nada de fiestas ni de ruidos por parte de los vecinos. El piso es precioso, muy bien decorado, con unas vistas estupendas al mar, super limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. La comunicación con José Carlos y Marta fue excelente, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. ¡Recomiendo este alojamiento al 100%!

Stylowy apartament tuż przy plaży – idealny na rodzinne wakacje! Spędziliśmy tu cudowny czas i z czystym sumieniem polecamy to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortu blisko morza. Lokalizacja świetna – kilka kroków od plaży Punta Prima, w spokojnej okolicy, z piękną promenadą aż do Torrevieja. Apartament nowoczesny, odnowiony, urządzony ze smakiem. Dwie wygodne sypialnie (jedna z prywatną łazienką), dodatkowa łazienka w korytarzu, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, przestronny salon i balkon, idealny na poranną kawę. Ogromny plus za czystość, klimatyzację, pralkę, pełne wyposażenie i urokliwe dodatki. Parking na miejscu to duże udogodnienie. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny, kontakt bezproblemowy – czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Zdecydowanie wrócimy!

Zona de apartamentos donde se encuentra el centro comercial las habaneras, zonas de ocio alrededor. Anfitrión muy majo, tuvimos un problema familiar y tuvimos que marchar quedando 3 noches por disfrutar y nos comunico que las podríamos disfrutar a futuro avisando lo por el tema de la disponibilidad del apartamento. En la urbanización donde se encuentra el apartamento hay una bonita piscina que lamentablemente solo pudimos disfrutar un día pero esperemos que a futuro podamos volver ☺️, ideal para disfrutar con niños.

Espectacular chalet que te hace sentir que perteneces a otro nivel económico. Te sientes como en casa y Juan te responde a cualquier duda en todo momento. La cercanía del tranvía hace que el hecho de estar a las afueras de Murcia no sea un problema. Está dotado de todo lo necesario y más. Para repetir sin duda alguna.

What a wonderful villa for eight tennis ladies. Walkable to the courts. A beautiful pool to use at the end of the day. BBQ was a great boon!! Thank you Sandra, Ruben and Maria for your patience. Lizanne.

What a lovely little find! I knew Caroline’s villa would be spot on in every way. Lots of communication before we arrived. This was the third time we’d stayed within this area, so we knew the area quite well. However, this stay was by far the most comfortable. We stayed here as a family of 3. Caroline’s villa was spacious, clean and had a definite home from home experience/feel. Beautifully decorated throughout and had its own sunbathing area on the top floor terrace, which was nice and secluded. Two close pools, but only one was open until May. The weather during Easter week was a bit disappointing but the accommodation made up for it. Great area for everyone. Restaurants are walking distance and two large supermarkets were close by too. A car hire is recommended if you want to go to the beach and do lots of sightseeing. Highly recommended. Thank you once again xx

On arrival, I was a little disappointed to find that there was no parking on the premises, and I had to park approximately 100 metres around the corner. Parking on the street near the property operates on a first-come, first-served basis. That said, this was my only gripe—though I may be a little overprotective of my car. Jose was at the gate when we arrived and kindly assisted with the bags and cases while I parked. He helped my wife carry our belongings up the external stairs to the apartment situated above his home. The apartment was warm and cosy, with good views of the surrounding area from the large balcony that wraps around most of the property. The WiFi was easy to connect to, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Steve

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Amparo und ihr Partner sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit dort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alojamiento muy bueno, amplio, con todas las necesidades cubiertas. Todo preparado para pasar temporada larga también en la casa y pasar días de playa. Para la vida con peques también está bien preparado, con un buen patio para jugar.

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt. Es war vieles schon vorhanden . Auch Eis und Chips für die Kinder . Flexibler Check out und tolle Empfehlung wurden uns gegeben . Der Pool ist super und alles fußläufig zu erreichen und wir waren mit 4 Kindern . Es war sogar Shampoo und alles mögliche vorhanden. Wir bedanken uns es war wunderschön. Danke

Daniel was very responsive and his family who helped with check in and out very kind and accommodating with the times. The apartment was lovely and very clean. The communal pool was brilliant (a bit cold in April but our kids still enjoyed going in!) and communal gardens beautiful - lovely for a picnic. There was sometimes was a language barrier but we both got by with translate functions!

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay! Salvador was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to share great tips on places to visit based on my interests. He was always responsive and genuinely kind, especially when I needed help after my next Airbnb was unexpectedly canceled. The house itself is beautiful, and the nearby beach is calm and peaceful — perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tranquility and stunning views.

Excelente, exactamente como está descrito. Un conjunto bellísimo, excelente piscina y área de barbacoa. Muy tranquilo y a su vez muy cerca de la playa y de bares y restaurantes, apenas 3 minutos andando. El apartamento esta impecable

Todo perfecto: apartamento muy agradable con todas las comodidades, excelente atención del propietario, ubicación perfecta en una bonita urbanización pegada al campo de golf de La Roda y a centros comerciales, restaurantes, zonas de ocio y playas. Totalmente recomendable. Si hay que poner una pega es que la alcachofa de ducha del baño principal está bastante mal. Por lo demás, totalmente recomendable.
