Felt homey and host is always accommodating

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

Nice and clean place. Check-in instructions were very clear. I like that the provided blanket is long and warm. Complete utensils. Would be better if basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash can be provided as well. But overall, this place is very good! Would love to stay again.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at Marrian's lovely home for a third time! Each visit has been truly delightful, and this one was no exception. Marrian's hospitality is simply outstanding, and her brother, Ian, along with the friendly village guards, made us feel so welcome. Marrian went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an extra day, even though she had another booking coming in. We were incredibly grateful that she offered us the extra day free of charge! Words can't express how wonderful it is to stay in Marrian's home – it's a truly special place that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great Location: We like the location of Lili’s unit. Easily located by a private car & public transportation is available too. Close to the market and shops. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Aesthetically Pleasing Residence: Lili’s unit is comfortable and homely. The house is sturdy & the layout is well-designed. It is spacious & inviting as it has plenty of natural light. The furnitures & appliances are all great, as everything you needed are all there. We are impressed by the stylish decors & thoughtful amenities. We really adore the skylight roofing & the patio is incredibly tranquil. WFH-Friendly: The Wi-Fi is fast & reliable. There is a dedicated workspace that made easy to get work done. Host’s Hospitality: Lili is an outstanding host. She is quick to respond & ensures that we had everything we needed. Her instructions & reminders are detailed and complete. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to unwind. This is indeed, a home away from home.🫶🏼🤎

Stayed here twice during my trip to the Philippines and I absolutely love this place! It’s super spacious and has such a cozy, homey vibe. Pros: - Really spacious and comfy - Feels like a true Filipino home - Huge TV - Cozy living room - Master bedroom has its own bathroom - Filtered cold & hot water (big plus!) Cons: - During my first stay, the cleaning seemed a bit rushed. The kitchen and bathroom could use a little more attention, and the towels weren’t ready as they were still drying, so we had to wait for them to be fully dry before using. - Could use more mugs, but they were provide to bring extra when I asked. - The power of the AC in the rooms wasn’t as strong, so the living room and especially the kitchen area could get a bit warm. However, there was an extra fan available to help cool things down. Overall, despite the minor cons, I highly recommend this place! It’s super homey, and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely worth what I paid for. Thank you so much! ❤️

Millie was a outstanding host! She responded with quick response compared to other Airbnb host. The house was comfortable and peaceful. Wifi was strong and reliable. A/C units in the living room and main room were 10 out of 10. Think you again Millie! We will be coming back in the near feature.

Our stay in Tagaytay was amazing, thanks to Miguel’s wonderful Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the pool—it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the cool Tagaytay breeze. Miguel was an excellent host: super friendly, quick to respond, and gave us great local tips. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to restaurants and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back!

It was a good stay. Unit was so spacious for us. We were able to have fun and celebrate. I was not expecting extra bed cause in the listing it shows only one but there's a double bed beside. We were able to sleep comfortably. Overall, it was great! It really exceeded my expectation. Perfect place, clean, spacious and homy vibe.

We enjoyed our stay! The space was decorated beautifully, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was peaceful, and close enough to all the things we needed for the stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing detailed check-in instructions and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly during our stay. We are surely going to book again ☺️

Monaliza is very gracious and accommodating - she allowed us to checked-in early because our arrival time was too early (5 am) and extended our checked-out time due to our late departure. She is very friendly and easy to deal with. She communicated what we needed to know for an easy and smooth self-check-in. The passcode was very easy to remember. Thanks Monaliza! Very reasonably price - with a washer, a parking slot and a stove to heat/cook our meals every now and then. Lots of supplies for a hassle-free start of vacation - 6L water, water bottles inside the ref, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissue rolls, toothbrushes, cotton buds, band-aids, garbage bags and a very special Starbucks Macchiato pods and Essenso coffee sachets. The ACs were already open when we came in - very comfy after an almost 15-hour trip. As we were allowed to checked-in early, we were able to take a nice warm shower with a strong water flow. Highly recommended!
