We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

Right in the middle of town, cozy, and just right. We felt right at home! Sue made it really clear how to find everything (useful as we checked in late at night during snow season). We had bottled water and a few snacks upon arrival which was very nice, and Sue was communicative all the time when we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

They were super hospitable, friendly, and gave great recommendations for spots nearby.

Great lake view and very peaceful surroundings. The place was as described and overall a nice stay. Slightly awkward that the bathroom didn’t have a ceiling, but not a big deal. Also saw an otter swimming in the lake!

This is a delightful place! The location is peaceful, the decor gorgeous and the hosts easy to work with. I enjoyed my stay so much, feeling instantly right at home. And the fresh eggs that are right there in the frig (wow), well, I was happier to have them than I had anticipated! It's just minutes away from New Paltz.

Such a lovely spot! Beautiful, reclaimed farmhouse. Only thing of note is that noise does travel very easily through the home, both from below and throughout the apartment. Other than that, the listing is perfect!

The house was better than described. The hosts were excellent! Very responsive and helpful. The location is walkable to everything you want to get to in Woodstock and directly across the street and adjacent to great restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. We will definitely rebook our next visit.

Johns place was perfect for a little getaway. Our dog loved it as much as we did. We walked around the lake with stunning views (especially around fall season) and the fireplace is great for doing s’mores at night. Dasha was absolutely amazing, friendly and always reachable if anything.

Nice and clean house with a hot tub that is well maintained! Getting into the driveway was a bit scary due to the weather and plumbing is a bit finicky but we had a great stay overall and the owner was very prompt with responses!

This was our second time staying at Stavros’ place with our kids (4 & 6 y.o.). As expected, another 5-star stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded place unwind and enjoy family activities, look no further, this place has it all. While the game room is always a huge hit with the kids (and parents), it’s the surrounding nature that makes this property unmatched. Absolutely stunning grounds, surrounded by forest, 2 ponds and a creek, our family was entertained for hours everyday. The kids caught (and released) fish, tadpoles, salamanders and frogs in the ponds. Splashed and hiked along the creek. And of course, an endless supply of firewood was a plus! Stavros is an exceptionally friendly and accommodating host. Best of any Airbnb host we’ve experienced.

Host was very accommodating, welcoming, and always available to respond. Place was very clean and accurate to description. Location is perfect and felt private from other homes. Would definitely recommend if you are going skiing or just trying to have a peaceful getaway weekend.

Loved our weekend at the Lilac house and cannot wait to get back up here another time. Kathy was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The house sits off in a quiet setting, but so easy to get down to Woodstock and other attractions near by. The house was stocked with pretty much anything you can think of. Our favorite part was the hot tub and fire pit. 10/10 Kathy! Thank you again for the lovely stay.

Absolutely delightful! The best "vacation rental" we've stayed in. The home was cozy, comfortable and had everything one could ask for and more. You'll never want for anything in the kitchen. Even coffee and tea bags are provided and all sorts of spices. A 5 star place! We were bowled over by the utter charm of place. The decor is calm, cheerful and colorful. We absolutely loved it and the area. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I will echo all the other reviews and say this is the best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed in. The house is beautiful, so cozy and great for a large group. We only used the den fireplace but if we stayed longer I would definitely used more (the primary bedroom!). Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The grounds are great, our pup had the best time exploring. Veronica is incredibly responsive, really easy to communicate with, and a warm and welcoming host.

My spouse and I enjoyed our monthlong stay at Liz's place! We appreciated having an EV charger with such an old, historic home. The location is great for easy walking to the Stockade District, especially to my favorite cafe, Rough Draft. For those into music, you can also walk to performances at The Assembly or the Ulster Country Performing Arts Center. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen for cooking, the ample light, the private work area upstairs, the piano (albeit it out of tune, especially if you use the soft pedal!), the hot tub and reading in the chairs in the backyard. You are also only a 10-minute drive away from the beginning of the Wallkill Rail Trail. Liz was easy to communicate with and quickly helped with any small issues we ran into, such as a brief wifi issue. We highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay! The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and fully stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind—definitely a gem!

Anne is an amazing host and this townhouse is fabulous. Perfect for a mountain stay. Comfortable, spacious, great view of the mountain, clean, modern yet cozy. Very convenient to everything in the area. I cannot say enough about it, but having such a great host was the cherry on top, especially since we were there for an extended period!! You cannot go wrong!

Beautiful property and views. The place is super cozy and just like the photos on the listing. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Communication was excellent and the location was excellent. Lots of things to do just a short drive away, the hot tub was a nice added amenity and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely return again!!!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

An excellent place to stay for a ski trip. Perfect location right at the base. Wonderful building with a great pool and hot tub. Excellent for a great ski vacation!
