Had a great stay for Easter weekend with our two little ones. We had a nightmare journey down and Matthew allowed us to alter our booking very last minute which was very kind! We really appreciated this. Communication was great throughout our stay. 5 minute drive from Deal seafront / castle. House was perfect for what we needed. Was the first time our little girl had stayed in a cot in her own room! 🙌🏼 Success! Would highly recommend Matthew’s place. Thanks again!

Whitstable is a lovely warm-the-soul sort of place and this is the ideal AirBnB if you’re planning a visit. Kate (your host) has performed a pristine renovation of a beautiful cottage on Albert Street - it’s private and quiet, and just one-minute from everywhere you want to be. We’ve stayed there twice. Kate is a great host, always responsive and helpful. You can’t go wrong.

We had a lovely week in Broadstairs, the house was spacious, very clean and well equipped. It suited the whole family, from grandparents to teenagers. Nice and easy to walk into Broadstairs, with a beautiful beach, and good selection of shops and restaurants.

Damselfly Cottage is in a wonderfully central yet peaceful location, within a few minutes walk of everything. There is a private car park close by, which is a great benefit. There is a patio and balcony overlooking the river and a pretty park at the back. Everything was great inside and Tony and Moya were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely stay and should we return to Canterbury wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Tony and Moya!

We had a great stay in Whitstable. The house was clean and everything was as described. The stairs are very steep so we had to be very careful descending them while holding a baby Parking was limited in the streets around the house but we managed to find a space most days although had to use the pay and display car park at the end of the road on one occasion. The house is in a great location just a 5 minute walk to the high street where there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Would recommend to others.

Had a lovely few days at the house which was well equipped and had loads for the kids to do. Easy to find/access and was a great space for 2 families of 4. Look forward to coming back for future visits.

Lovely property with plenty to do a short walk away. Ideal for our family with my mother with some mobility issues.

Chris was an amazing host. He sent over a great list of recommendations and was very helpful throughout our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and literally 30 seconds or less from the beach. It was very well equipped for a family with children and very comfortable. It is situated in a lovely area with restaurants, shops and anything you could possibly need nearby. There is free parking about 1-2 minutes away from the property. Personally I think it was such an amazing value for what you pay, especially being on the beachfront. We will defo be coming back!

Amazing accommodation. Photos really don’t do it justice. Beautiful quiet home with absolutely everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Lots of supplies in the kitchen such as coffee, bottled water, salt & pepper, etc. Everything felt new and the place was spotless, bed and sofa comfortable. Jonathan the host was there at check in and talked us through everything. Location couldn’t be better, everything is walkable and right by the sea. Excellent value for money.

The accommodation was easy to find and in a great location to explore Margate. Check in was straightforward. Lots of recommendations on where to go in Margate which was really helpful. The accommodation was really clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for making our weekend away enjoyable!

Harvey's place was clean, comfortable, well presented. It was well designed and made a great use of a basement flat space. Great colour scheme made the flat very welcoming. The beach was within walking distance and very clean, but I felt disappointed for the people who live in Ramsgate as the town was very run down. However the flat was a great place to visit, Margate, Broadstairs and Westgate-on-Sea.

I wouldn’t want to spoil the wow factor for anyone else so il do my best not to ramble on….. I personally love the East Kent Coastline and there’s so much to do and see in this particular area, as you are spoilt for choice with restaurants and plenty of activities. This Airbnb is conveniently placed right opposite Margate main sands beach, and right behind it you have Dreamland. The property is also not far from Margate old town where there are plenty more shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, and pubs to choose from. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was found clean, and Amy was a pleasant host from start to finish with excellent communication. Every detail about this property has been carefully thought out and you can see and feel that the minute you enter.

Lovely spot to stay just in walking distance to the beach, harbour and shops. We didn’t cook in the property, so can’t comment on the kitchen facilities but it was a good base to explore Whitstable and the surrounding areas.

Second time staying here. It’s absolutely brilliant. We’ll definitely stay again

We spent a lovely Christmas here and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, endless sea views and plenty of places to walk to with the dogs. The apartments are well stocked with everything needed to cook a beautiful Christmas dinner and Anthony even provided us with lovely Christmas trees. It felt like a home away from home. Anthony kindly let us check-in early and check-out late which helped us truly relax. This was our second time staying and won’t be our last!

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

We hebben hier een weekend verbleven en kwamen hier volledig tot rust. Het huis was nog beter dan we verwacht hadden. We komen zeker nog eens terug.

We had a lovely stay in West Mersea this weekend. The airbnb is in a perfect location, with a short walk down to the beach. The property is beautiful and spacious and the projector is incredible! Tony and Mas were wonderful hosts and were easily contactable throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

we had a great stay at this property, enjoyed walks on the beach with our dogs, great location with Rye and Hythe within 30 minutes drive, both with great history. karting at Lydd and we also ventured through the dunes at GreatStone onto a beautiful sandy beach. Camber sands is only 15 minutes away too. the property itself was wonderful with 3 ghod size bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. perfect for our grown up family, with partners and dogs. it was booked with a chilled and relaxing weekend in mind, it met this perfectly

We werden persoonlijk ontvangen met een traktatie, je voelt je echt welkom. We hadden geluk dat het prachtig weer was zodat we ook van de hottub optimaal konden genieten in de ruime tuin. Rustige stranden in de buurt. Heel ruime woning waar alles voorzien is. Onze tieners genoten van hun luxueuze bed. Iets minder geschikt voor jonge kindjes denk ik door de open trap en balustrade op de bovenverdieping maar ideaal voor oudere kinderen. De eigenaars staan paraat om te helpen waar nodig. Zeker een aanrader!!

We had a lovely stay at Appledown. The bungalow was clean and well-equipped. It should be very convenient for anyone with mobility difficulties. The views are magnificent - mainly open countryside and trees - and it's also only 20 minutes across the fields from the beach at Kingsdown via public footpaths. Comms were all good and check in very easy.
