Incredible Villa Teeming with Family Activities

Treat family like royalty in a self-contained villa that's sure to please young and old. There are billiards, football, and a wall of kids' toys. A secluded pool and BBQ area. This beautiful villa has antique front doors that lead into a spacious entrance hall. There is large Double Bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom. This room can also be made up as a twin bedroom. The hall has glass doors that lead into a sitting room with desk area, modern log burning fireplace and attached dining room. The dining table is set up to seat 10 people but can be extended to seat 12 people if needed. The Kitchen is modern and easy to keep clean. It is fully equipped with Miele and Liebherr appliances, double fridge/freezer, wine fridge, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Magimix, Nespresso Coffee machine and a Nutribullet. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms with King Size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The Master bedroom has it's own balcony overlooking the front garden and pool area. Also on the first floor, the third bedroom is a twin bedded room which on request can be made up as a double bedroom. This also has an ensuite bathroom and it's own balcony. The basement area consists of a further bedroom with two bunkbeds. There is a further shower room for this bedroom. Also in the basement there is a 'games area' with pool table, table tennis and table football. Shelving space with many children's toys and books for guests to use. There is also a desk area that seats 2 people. The property has an acoustic 'cinema room' in the basement, utility room containing washing machine and dryer and access to the garage. There are tennis rackets and balls available for people to use and useful beach equipment. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, underfloor heating, heated towel rails and air-conditioning. In addition to the cinema, the property has three TV's in the sitting room, basement and master bedroom. There is cable TV, Sky and Apple TV available. The swimming pool is 10x5m. It is surrounded by a large terraced area and landscaped garden. There is a comfortable seating area with shade next to the pool and a further 6 sun loungers with sun shade. There is a beautiful outdoor dining area at the back of the property coming off the kitchen which seats 12 people. In the summer months it has vines growing above it making it a special place to sit with friends and family. To the rear of the property there is a further seating area for four people and a short boules court. Entire villa and garden. We have a lady called Kate who runs our villa in Portugal and will be able to assist you during your stay. The villa is walking distance to Ancao Beach, which has beach bars and restaurants. Guests have access to a tennis court and six-a-side football pitch. Mini golf, biking, go-karting, and water sports are nearby. Restaurants are within a short walk. No buses to this area. Car hire recommended. Our gardener comes each week on a Tuesday morning. Our pool maintenance company visits once a week - usually on a Monday morning.

Er is ook een groter terras naast de grote loungeruimte, groot genoeg voor 4 gasten om comfortabel ‘buiten’ te dineren.

Woonkamer met panoramische ramen en decoratieve open haard, ingericht met kunstwerken van de eigenaar. Kompleet ingerichte keuken. Airco. , WIFI, kabel-tv, meer dan 100 kanalen. 3e verdieping, prachtig uitzicht, geen lift.

Een gezellig appartement dicht bij het strand.

Fris appartement met volledig uitgeruste keuken, 80 m2. Twee badkamers met douche. Mooi terras op het zuiden, 20m2, met markies. Op 6 minuten lopen naar het strand en 400 meter naar de eerste tee van Alto Golf. Een comfortabel bed incl. een wandbed in de lounge met een 21 cm dik matras. Een De Longhi-espressomachine in de keuken. Glasvezel is geïnstalleerd, snelheid is 500/100 mbit/s. Het maximale aantal gasten is drie (3). Ik kan slechts één baby/peuter tot 3 jaar meenemen, omdat er slechts één reiswieg is.

De woning is gelegen in de oude omgeving van Lagos in een ansichtkaart-perfect gebied van pastelgebouwen en bakstenen straten. Het dichtstbijzijnde strand is op enkele minuten afstand. Prachtige cafés en historische rondleidingen zijn toegankelijk. Een rondleiding door de kliffen en grotten is een must-see.

Geniet van het uitzicht op de jachthaven vanuit een flat in Albufeira

Het appartement ligt naast de centrale jachthaven in de badplaats Albufeira in een gebouw in resortstijl met een gedeeld zwembad. Een cluster van pubs aan de jachthaven, restaurants en winkels bevinden zich op een steenworp afstand. Baleeira Beach is 15 minuten lopen.
