Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen in den Oliven Bergen mit einem traumhaften Blick. Die Entfernung zum Meer sind circa 8 km. Ein Haus, welches man nicht perfekter gestalten kann. So liebevoll eingerichtet und tatsächlich wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir waren zehn Tage in dem Haus. Es wurde mehrfach gereinigt. Für uns war das Haus geradezu perfekt. Wir konnten arbeiten und hatten Ruhe und wenn wir etwas einkaufen wollten, war ein paar Kilometer entfernt ein wunderbarer kleiner Ort mit tollen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zwei persönliche Tipps: wir haben in der Nähe von Chania einen Golfschmiedekurs über Airbnb gebucht. Das war wirklich ein Highlight während unseres Urlaubes. Auch die Green oasis Argiroupolis Springs sollte man sich anschauen. Wir haben dann ganz oben in dem Restaurant in der Taverne Kastro gegessen. Ein Familien Restaurant geführt von einer wunderbaren Anna als Gastgeberin.

nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans le logement proposé par Konstantinos. Les photos reflètent vraiment la réalité, la villa est propre et regorge de petites attentions à l'arrivée. le ménage est fait régulièrement et notre hôte se tient à notre disposition pour toute demande. Wir sind mit unserem kleinen Baby für einen Monat zu Gast bei Evienia gewesen und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Appartement ist super gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und man kann von hier aus gut den Westen Kretas erkunden. Ein Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Wer Hunde und Katzen mag, kommt hier auf seine Kosten ( Unser Baby hat es geliebt). Man kann die Vierbeiner aber auch mit einem Gitter von der Terrasse fernhalten. Evienia ist eine herzensliebe Person und super Köchin, die immer gut erreichbar ist (auf Wunsch bietet Sie auch sehr leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen an). Sie ist mit vielen Tipps und Empfehlungen eine gute Hilfe bei der Ausflugs- und Essenswahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und immer wieder gerne, hoffentlich bald.

I’d come back again and again. If you’re up for a drive through the windy country roads, this is a must stay. It is a gorgeous property, the view is unbelievable, and it had everything you could possibly need plus some. And the hosts went above and beyond. We even were baked a cake! I am already planning my return trip. As far as driving to beaches and things, it was pretty easy and quick. It’s about a 12-15min drive down through the backroads (all paved nicely) and then you’re in kissamos. We daytripped to Chania and Falassarna Beach and Balos with ease. If you don’t mind driving, this place is well worth it!

We booked one of the luxurious houses, “Thalia”, for a week this summer. It was a fantastic house holding all the modern fasciitis you can ask for. The view was excellent overlooking the ocean from the mountainside where the house is located. The first evenings the very friendly host came by giving us small presents - home baked cake, olive oil, raki and homemade soap. We were 6 persons who stayed there, and everyone of us loved it. You need a car to get to the nearest shops or restaurants. We highly recommend staying in one of the Katalis’ houses.

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

You could not ask for a more perfect location or better view. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with recommendations for sites, car rental, restaurant recommendations, etc. The property is very spacious and the hosts had very nicely stocked some treats and coffee station in the kitchen. There are lots of stairs if mobility is an issue. Only inconvenience was that there was only one key, so unless your group stays together the whole time, it does take some coordination.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Chania sehr zufrieden. Besonders gefallen hat uns das moderne Badezimmer, das wirklich schön gestaltet war. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war der eigene Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, der perfekt gelegen und sogar überdacht war, sodass unser Auto nie zu heiß wurde. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich, und der drehbare Fernseher ermöglichte uns, ihn sowohl vom Bett als auch von der Couch aus zu nutzen – sehr praktisch! Die Wohnung war insgesamt geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten problemlos kochen, da alles vorhanden war, was wir brauchten, einschließlich Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Die Eingangstür war stark gesichert, was uns ein sicheres Gefühl gab. Mit dem Mietwagen waren wir immer schnell an unserem Ziel, da die Lage sehr zentral war. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!
