The house is located very close to a popular marina that offers boat and cart rentals.

Two full baths on main floor. New washer & dryer. Basement has been remodeled, new tile plank floors and 3 bedrooms (king, full and twin). Air mattress, cot & additional twin mattress for use if needed. Fire pit. Lots of parking. 2 grills. Minutes to Sportsman's Anchor with boat ramp, covered docks & pontoon rentals.

Grand Rivers is located on Land Between the Lakes. Kentucky and/ or Barkley Lakes are great for fishing and recreation. There are hunting areas nearby as well. Grand Rivers is the home of the famous Patti’s restaurant. Uptown has unique shops and the Bagett theater for family entertainment all within walking distance. We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone.

Welcome to Bear Cave! A comfy, clean place with hot tub. Conveniently located 10 minutes from Turkey Bay ATV Park. 1 mile to LBL, Lake, Restaurants ,gas station ,and Dollar General. 18 minutes to Murray, 48 to Paducah..Plenty of room for parking a boat( we have outside 110 outlets)or ATV’S. No dogs over 40 lbs. thanks! If you would like to use the bicycles let us know when booking.If traveling with a group, check adjoining Cubby Hollow for availability!
