Appartamento vintage, dotato di una camera da letto luminosa, ampia cucina e bagno funzionale. A 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, fermata del principale autobus lungo la via. A 3 minuti a piedi dal lungomare (che porta in centro). 5 minuti di macchina dal porto, aeroporto; 10 minuti dal Mater e Ospedale civile. Quartiere tranquillo, provvisto di tutti i servizi (farmacia, tabacchi e supermercato). Situato nei pressi delle uscite per SS e NU, per arrivare in poco tempo S.Teodoro e Orosei.
