Poseban doživljaj nudi velika terasa od 60 m² s prekrasnim panoramskim pogledom na cijeli Kvarner, opremljena biljarom, pikadom, roštiljem, ledomatom i vinskim hladnjakom. Vicinity of highway entrance for all directions (Istra, Briuni NP, Zagreb, Plitvice NP, North Adriatic Islands..). Close to the beach (5 min car drive). Nearest supermarket is at walking distance.

The location offers a peaceful getaway and a perfect escape from the crowds, yet it takes only 10 minutes by car to reach the center of Opatija and its beautiful beaches, and about 20 minutes to Rijeka, the third-largest city in Croatia.
