The house was located in a very peaceful area of Franklin. The property itself was set on a large lot with a long gravel driveway. Inside, the house was nicely decorated, the home met the needs of our family perfectly, and the home felt spacious and welcoming. We were in Franklin for a busy family wedding weekend, and it was so nice to come back each evening to a quiet, peaceful home. We would most definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, we had to book last minute due to an unexpected death in the family. I must say, this is a beautiful and secluded location. If you're seeking solitude and a quite peaceful nights rest, this is the spot. I only regret that we did not have time to use the provided fishing poles in the garage and see what kind of monsters are in that fishing pond. We will be back!

The cottage was just perfect! It was a great size with everything we needed. All the beds were very comfortable! As mentioned in other reviews, it is right by the interstate. The noise didn't bother us at all and the sound machines at night were a nice touch! The kitchen was well stocked. We had a couple questions upon arrival and the host responded to our message immediately. The only thing that was a surprise was that one of the upstairs bedrooms opens to the loft and only has a curtain. This wasn't an issue but it would be nice to have a door as the person staying in that room could hear everything from the living room and kitchen. Overall we had a great weekend and were very comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

I appreciated the flexibility. I came in to close on a home and needed a place to lay in my head for a few hours and re-energize. Due to the storms across the Midwest and south, I didn’t roll in until 2 AM. I was gone the next morning but thankful to have a place to rest well and let my dog run around the front yard. Michele was flexible to let me check out a little bit late after my closing.

This cottage is adorable! We stayed here for our wedding night, as aren't leaving for our honeymoon until the middle of May. Although we live a few minutes away, we felt like we were miles away and didn't have to worry about anything! I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Holly's home was absolutely gorgeous. I think I found my dream home. There was so much space for Sadie to run around. There were so many amazing books listed all over the house with an amazing point of view from Holly's life. The big bed was so comfortable too, I dont think I've ever slept so well. She gave us a dose of slow country living both Sadie & I really needed. Very proactive & communicative. We hope to come back. Thank you so much

Such a lovely cabin in the woods. Beautiful surroundings and a quick drive to nearby cute towns and the city.

Super cute farmhouse! We came in for a wedding and enjoyed our stay here. Clean, cozy, spacious and relaxing! This house had everything we needed. We would definitely book again when we come back into town if it’s available. Our host Wanda, was very responsive and had detailed information regarding our stay and the house.
