We enjoyed our stay! It was a great place for 3 kids and 4 adults. The backyard was a plus for the family as the kids could play around and the adults could relax. I appreciated the plates and utensils they had for the kids. Small attention to details like that was very much appreciated. I would stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at this vacation home! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the right place. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and had more than enough room to comfortably accommodate our extra large family—kids, grandparents, and all! The highlight for everyone was definitely the pool. It was clean, the perfect temperature, and had plenty of seating and space around it for relaxing or watching the kids splash around. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking for our big group easy, and the dining and living areas gave us all room to spread out without ever feeling cramped. The location was peaceful but still close enough to shops and attractions. We made unforgettable memories here and are already talking about booking our next stay. Highly recommend this home for any large group or family looking for the perfect mix of comfort, fun, and relaxation! Jay is absolutely amazing as a host!

Nice house in a nice, quiet neighborhood that we had zero issues with. Peter was very responsive and very accommodating to our needs, with us having a toddler he was making sure everything was safe for us and was just a great host overall. If we are back in the area, we will definitely be trying to stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed Patrick & Jordan's cottage. We really enjoyed the pool on these hot days and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the detail of the house and felt like it was the perfect spot to relax with our family coming from TN, SC, & GA! We most definitely will return to this beautiful home.

Had some complications on my end but the stay was great!

This airbnb was a great spot for our large group, and included a lot of entertainment such as pool, darts. games, outdoor seating. The host gave clear instructions and the house was clean and tidy when we arrived. I would come here again. Definitely recommend this location.

everything was wonderful for our stay. we arrived in GA early and messaged about an early check-in. they were very nice and responsive about it. the house is in a great location. the neighborhood is very lovely and quiet. the only thing is, down by the creek beside the house there was a bunch of broken glass. if you have littles definitely keep an eye out! the house was very clean and well stocked, especially with spices! we cook a lot so it was nice to have things other just salt and pepper. they had a very big selection and everything was well organized! also, one thing that definitely stood out is the toys in the game room, and the addition of baby soap/kid bath products in the bathroom. wonderful place for a family to stay and enjoy their time in Acworth, GA.

Best AirBnB my family has ever stayed at! We will be repeat renters 🩷 the host went above and drying to make sure our stay was welcoming and comfortable. We felt so at home! A welcoming home. Each room had a Roku TV. The AC was nice and cold, so we were very comfortable during the hot, Georgia summer. Also, it is really accessible to lots of thigs in the area- Walmart, Target, Publix, Starbucks, McDonald's, Sonic, and Fun Spot. It was easy to get to get to the highway. It is only a 30-45 minutes to drive to Atlanta, which made exploring the city easy to do from this location. The owners where really fast about responding and answering questions. They also provided very clear directions about everything we needed to know about the home. We were at this house for a month. It definitely felt like home, and we would recommend it to others.

Being that my family and I are frequent visitors to Atlanta and are returning customers to Lamar’s home we have come to expect nothing but a frat place to stay and a great and accommodating host! Once again we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at your home!
