The Cahill- Magnolia Brewery House c 1894

Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom. Relax in the clawfoot tub or cook up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge, fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out and have a barbecue on the provided grill. This makes it the perfect getaway for a party of two, or if you’re stopping through town and need a restful place to retreat. If traveling with little ones, the Hillcrest Cottage can comfortably accommodate one to two children for an additional fee.

Oso Condo - Walk To The Silos

Our condo in the historic Behrens building, and just a short walk from Magnolia Market, Dr. pepper Museum, Waco Suspension Bridge and only a mile from Baylor’s campus. The building was built by the Clifton family for the Behrens Drug Company in 1913. It was a fire-proof, concrete structure constructed to provide ample working space for employees and to keep them safe. In the 1990s it was converted to loft living spaces.
