Beautiful Custom Lake Michigan Cottage with Beach

Vacation at this gorgeous, custom cedar cottage mostly finished in 2013 (basement was finished later) with direct, sandy beach frontage on Lake Michigan! In addition to outstanding views of the lake, direct Lake Michigan is just off the cedar deck down the dune trail and some stone steps, an ideal location, close to Silver Lake and just under 20 min to quaint Pentwater! The pristine setting of the cottage is on a dead end, private street. No neighbors across the street - just beautiful woods!

This beautiful home is nestled in a quiet subdivision in the heart of Mears. Fully furnished with 2 king beds and 2 baths. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers! Close to town, the dunes, grocery store, gas stations, The Whippy Dip and Mac Woods Dunes Rides. This home is one level with a large, fully stocked kitchen for guests to cook meals. Plenty of space for you and your friends and family to relax and unwind. Large patio area with fire pit, bbq grill, patio set and 2 rocking chairs.

This shady bi-level home has plenty of room for the entire family. Just down the road, enjoy access to the private shared beach on Lake Michigan. Great location, on the main road, 7 miles from Silver Lake sand dunes, and 7 miles from Pentwater. It is 1/2 mile from Cedar Point County Park, close to ORV dune access, close to the 2540 acre Pentwater River State Game Area, with 7.5 miles of groomed cross country skiing and hiking trails. It is a base for your family Lake Michigan vacation.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place. The property has easy access to Silver Lake, Lake Michigan and Silver Lake Dunes. It has over 130' of frontage on Silver Lake Channel, you can access Silver Lake and enjoy some fishing. It is surrounded by trails to the dunes and Lake Michigan. It has many shops, activities, dune rides, and Little Point Sable Lighthouse. After a day of Kayaking, walk across the street for ice cream and then relax on the deck with a locally made bottle of wine.
