It features cozy lounging and sleeping spaces, a bright bathroom with skylight, large work area with monitor, and a kitchenette stocked with locally roasted coffee, tea, and snacks. This is a cozy one-bedroom iconic home on the AIA Guide to the Twin Cities by Larry Millett. This worker's cottage and "architectural folly" is located in a great neighborhood near shopping, Allianz Field, freeway access, and short driving distance to Concordia University, Macalester College, St. Thomas and St. Catherine University.

This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)
