It has a small courtyard, own bathroom, washing machine & dryer. Well-appointed kitchenette. Suitable for 1 couple (Queen Bed). A fold-out bed (on request) is available for 2 people who are travelling together but not as a couple. Not suitable for children. Short-term stays only. Strictly NO Smoking inside apartment. The property is NOT Suitable for pets.

It is a 2-min drive to Tura Beach Golf & Country Club, the Tura Beach shopping centre (with Woolies, chemist, cafe/take aways, butcher), library, medical/dental clinics, bakery; 5-min to Merimbula centre; and, 10-min to Merimbula airport.

My place is ideal for couples, friends & solo adventurers, but the site is not deemed safe for children.

Spacious Beach Flat

This Funky 3 room Flat overlooks natural bushland with distant views to the ocean. The space is a private half house with enclosed sunroom adjoining the flat as well as large open outside deck with 2 lounges. All well behaved dogs BY APPROVAL are welcome. Loud or boisterous dogs are not suitable. If your dog is a massive "shedder" of fur, they may not be considered suitable for this accommodation Cleaning fee of $100 will apply in this case. The flat is unsuitable for children of any age.

Each apt sleeps up to 4 guests. We have 3 apts on the ground floor which over look the pool and 3 on the first floor which have water views.
