Dimora storica sul mare con terrazza privata

Dimora di 90 metri quadri nel cuore del centro storico di Monopoli, con splendida vista mare e terrazza di proprietà ,la vista regala scorci unici della cittadina, con i suoi campanili, le sue chiese e la costa del Mar Adriatico. Casa ubicata nel cuore della città , a pochi minuti a piedi dalla prima spiaggia libera e dal centro. Nei dintorni ristoranti, alimentari e bar, attività per la famiglia, vita notturna. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e chi viaggia per lavoro.

Amazing villa built in 1925 in Villanova, seaside resort of Ostuni (Puglia), a charming location just 10 meters from the sea. Accogliente appartamentino nel cuore del borgo marinaro situato nella zona perimetrale del centro storico. Balcone con magnifica vista sul Porto! Luminoso, ristrutturato finemente, pavimento con parquet in legno, arredi moderni e funzionali. Ideale per una coppia , al terzo piano, no ascensore.
