We keep the essence of what started as airbnb: stay with a local and live like one, therefore, you will be staying in our colonial house where we currently live, but in your own private apartment on the second floor. Our space is characterized by making you feel like part of the family and we will treat you as such, but with total privacy.

Casa Frida- Cozy Estate Guesthouse.

The casita is an updated cozy guesthouse (with AC/heat, filtered/UV sterilized water) of an estate property. It has a beautiful roof top deck with views of mountains and Lake. The 2 bdrm, 2 bath casita has its own private tropical courtyard inside lovely, secure walled estate. Located within a few blocks of Ajijic’s many amenities. Perfect for a romantic getaway, a meditation/yoga/artists retreat or simply time to be with yourself.

THE HILL HOUSE -Sea and Mountain views-

Perched on the mountain, The Hill House with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. This unit is located at the end of a road with no traffic and is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink internet. Parking is on site. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old, No A/C, solar powered unit.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.
