In het mooie Den Hoorn op 10 minuten fietsen Delft centrum ligt dit mini appartement met eigen ingang, keuken en badkamer. Op 3 minuten lopen van het winkelstraatje met supermarkt, 2 bakkers, groenteboer, slager en kaasboer. Ook is er in het dorp een taartenwinkel waar je kunt ontbijten en lunchen. Voor avondeten kan je terecht bij de snackbar, Chinees en Italiaans. Verder zijn er veel mogelijkheden om eten te bestellen. Er is een keuken aanwezig met magnetron en een elektrische kookplaat.

Relax en verwen uzelf. In de hangmat of op de bank tussen natuur, stilte en boerderijen geluiden. Kinderen hebben hier volop plezier. U bezoekt binnen 20 minuten strand, stad en natuurgebieden. Familie house (+sauna) nabij centrum Delft & TU

Woning met sauna, heel veel planten en twee katten! :) Gelegen in een rustige straat op korte afstand van het historische centrum (850m), de TU Delft (700 m) en ‘Royal Delft’ (240 m) We wonen hier normaal gesproken zelf, en hopen dat u zich thuis zult voelen. We doen ons uiterste best op de schoonmaak, maar verwacht alstublieft geen hotel standaard. Beleef de stad als een local, ons idee van AIrbnb. Er zijn 8 slaapplekken (4x 2 persoonsbed), maar 6 eettafelstoelen + kinderstoelen.

Onze woning staat in zijn geheel tot uw beschikking. De woning ligt in het dorp Kwintsheul centraal gelegen tussen de steden Delft, Den Haag, Rotterdam en de Westlandse kust. Met de auto, fiets of openbaar vervoer kunt u een bezoek brengen aan de vele bezienswaardigheden in de regio, bijvoorbeeld; Delft (centrum): fiets - 30 minuten, auto - 20 minuten. Den Haag (centrum) fiets -33 minuten, auto - 22 minuten. Strand: fiets - 20 minuten, auto - 13 minuten. Rotterdam: auto - 28 minuten.

This large 100-square-meter apartment, is perfect for those seeking a peaceful stay. With three separate bedrooms, and modern kitchen and bathroom, it offers plenty of space for families and groups. The apartment offers free public parking, is located in a calm and green neighborhood, and is next to a big supermarket and a park. Public transport (bus-tram) are just a short walk away. Being near to major highways (A4 and A20), it is effortless to travel by car to surroundings.

Midden in het historische centrum van Delft ligt ons monumentale pand. Dit is onze ruime privé zolderstudio met veel licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een privé badkamer en complete keuken zijn aanwezig. Let op!! Doordat deze studio op zolder is gelegen is het niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Je moet 3 hoge steile trappen op om bij het appartement te komen (zie foto's). Ook zijn we niet altijd persoonlijk aanwezig om te kunnen helpen met grote koffers.

Location In the middle of the historical city centre of Delft, just around the corner of the ‘Beestenmarkt’ (known for its lively cafes) you can find our monumental house. The charming and spacious apartment is situated on the second floor of the house. We can receive additional kids at the house. We have new airco units in the house. 2 private parking spaces behind the house 10 min walk to the historic city centre of Schiedam. Train and metro on walking distance.
