Bright, modern apartment in Linlithgow

This wonderful modern apartment is situated on the union canal and right next to Linlithgow golf course. Less than 15 minute walk to both Linlithgow Palace and train station via a stunning canal stroll. Public swimming pool only 5 minute walk away. Golf course 2 minutes away. There is an open plan living space with a sitting area and double sofa bed, Smart TV, kitchen and dining table for four. There is a separate double bedroom and bathroom with full modern bath and shower area. Parking is on a private driveway with ample space for multiple cars. Great central base.

Cosy studio flat with own entrance.

Beautifully modern & impeccably clean 2 bed studio apartment, perfectly located for sightseeing in Edinburgh, the East Lothian coast line, or playing on our famous golf courses. 1 double bed and 1 single bed. (travel cot also available on request). Prestonpans is a beautiful historic town. We are a short walk to the train station and food shops. Edinburgh city is 10 minutes by train (3 stops). The Wee Glasshouse

The Wee Glasshouse is a modern, studio apartment in the picturesque coastal location of Dalgety Bay. It’s designed to enjoy breathtaking views of the bridges and is situated on the Fife Coastal Path with its many beaches and woodlands. The Wee Glasshouse has features similar to our own house which was filmed for More 4’s ‘Building The Dream’. TV Presenter Charlie Luxton visited several times to record its progress and was aired in Jan 2017. In 2020 it featured in Scotland’s Home of the Year.

The Nook, Studio Apartment, South Queensferry

This contemporary studio is beautifully set with the famous Forth Bridges to the front and railway trail to the rear. Clever design allows the glass fronted living space to accommodate living, sleeping and cooking comfortably. The picturesque seaside town of South Queensferry is less than 10 miles from Edinburgh and has excellent transport links. If you wish to travel further Queensferry is excellently positioned to get to the rest of Scotland's attractions. Its simply a lovely place to stay!

Charming 1 bed in the heart of the Pentlands

The perfect place to relax after a day in the hills or the surrounding area. The Pentland Cosy nestles at the foot of the Pentland hills regional park. A self-contained one-bedroom lodge, the Cosy is tucked away a few metres from waymarked walks. Available all year round it’s ideal for walkers and lovers of the great outdoors. Bring boots or bikes and head off from your own door. We’re situated close to the A702 making us a convenient stop over if you’re traveling up or down the country.

Countryside retreat with easy access Edinburgh centre. Newly built. South facing, looking onto fields. Super cosy! Located at the former Currie Goods Station at the foot of the Pentland Hills. Great local walks straight from the doorstep. Traffic free cycle path to Edinburgh. 5 minutes walk to bus stop for Edinburgh (30 - 40 min ride). 15 - 20 min drive to Edinburgh airport. Shared garden (currently a work in progress) and boot and utility room. Electric car charging @25p/kwh.

This Wee Hoose , which is situated in our back garden, accommodates two single people or couples or solo travelers or business travelers comfortably. We always meet and greet on arrival. The Wee Hoose Fife offers the ability to cook and prepare food with the use of a kitchen. Secure WiFi is available and the TV has Freeview. It is located within walking distance to amenities and Halbeath park n ride. A perfect pitch for golfers as we are not far from St Andrews and Glen Eagles.

Welcome to our garden studio. Your own studio is set in our large garden with views to the Lammermuirs. Located within the historic village of Athelstanford you are at the founding site of Scotland's flag. Within a few miles, you have the market town of Haddington and to the North the beautiful seaside town of North Berwick. The nearby coastline has numerous world class golf courses, walking routes and amazing beaches. Drem or North Berwick railway stations are closest.
