Spaziosa casa, sita al primo piano, con uno splendido giardino col prato a 80 metri dalla chilometrica spiaggia di Sa Rocca Tunda, ottima per una rilassante vacanza in famiglia e con i vostri amici a quattro zampe. La casa offre tre camere, una matrimoniale e due doppie, ognuna dotata di bagno esclusivo con doccia idromassaggio. Ampio salone climatizzato, stufa a pellet, cucina dotata di forno, microonde, macchina da caffè, frigorifero, Tv sat, wifi, phon, lavastoviglie e ampio divano angolare.

Bilocale composto da : Ingresso soggiorno con un divano letto matrimoniale , un comodo tavolo con 4 sedie , una Tv Led 50 " , una cucina moderna con piano induzione ,Bollitore ,Macchinetta del caffè , Microonde,Toastapane,Frigorifero e un Freezer. Camera da letto con un letto Matrimoniale alla francese e armadio con ante scorrevoli. Nel bagno è presente una doccia , sanitari sospesi, un Phon e una Lavasciuga. Un patio con giardino dove poter mangiare. In tutta la casa sono presenti le Zanzariere

Nido d'amore nel cuore della Sardegna

La casetta di via Pia è una piccola casa storica del 1880, tipicamente costruita con pietra locale: il nero basalto dell'altipiano di Abbasanta. "Casetta", perché tutto sembra in formato ridotto... le piccole finestre, il forno per il pane, il cortile. La Casetta - Sea and Mountain

My accommodation is located in the heart of the historical center. A few steps away, you will find a supermarket, a bank and a bar. The house has been recently renovated and is equipped with all necessary facilities: washing machine, shower ( in a separate room from the toilet ), towels, linens, hair dryer, balcony to have breakfast outside and smoking. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, suitable for couples, lone adventurers, families ( with children ) and animals. Coffee - sugar - salt -

Casa design in un giardino segreto

Casa edificata secondo i principi della bio architettura, in legno Xlam con altissimo potere coibentante garantisce un fresco benessere naturale. Nel giardino ,pieno di fiori, Rose e rampicanti profumati , un limone centenario ombreggia la zona dedicata al pranzo all’aperto. In 15 minuti , percorrendo una strada tra uliveti e campi di grano, le incantevoli e incontaminate spiagge di quarzo bianco dell’Area Marina Protetta “Penisola del Sinis”. Tutt’intorno numerosissimi siti archeologici .

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Cozy space for two.

Bright open space perfect for 2 people composed of living room-kitchen, bathroom, mezzanine-sleeping area with double bed, comfortable front courtyard and private back garden. Near the center and close to all services. The area of Cabras offers a remarkable variety of landscapes and many activities, its pond is the largest in Sardinia, its seas are among the most beautiful in the region (the waters there, are #NoFilter emerald). The city of Oristano is a few miles (3Km)!

Casa Vacanze L'Agrumeto

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio lontano dal caos, nella pace e serenità di un paese tranquillo e a pochi km dalle più belle spiagge della provincia di Oristano. È un’ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare le spiagge del Sinis, la zona di capo San Marco ( Putzu Idu, Sa Rocca Tunda), S’Archittu e Santa Caterina, oppure andare a visitare la sorgente di San Leonardo e le cascate, il pozzo di Santa Cristina o i numerosissimi nuraghe presenti nella zona.

Modern cozy house for 6 people in the west coast

Dear guests, welcome to Casa Quadra! I'm particularly attached to this house and I took care of all the details since the beginning of its construction: I wanted it to be minimal and elegant at the same time, but cozy and comfortable as well. It is an advanced energy efficiency building, equipped with a hydro massage bathtub, a large living room and private garden and a fine selection of Sardinian wines. Enjoy your stay!
