AMAZING place! I have pretty much lived in airbnbs the past few months, and this was definitely one of my favorites. Super clean, comfortable, quiet, and cute. Even better than pictured!

Renee’s place was great. Great location being a short walk to Broadway with a great donut and coffee shop directly across the street. Bed was comfy, decor was very cute. Loved chillin on the balcony and down by the fire pits. Pool was well maintained and very active.

Had trouble with the lock. Could never select my own 4-6 digit code, so we used the 10 digit default code. A minor inconvenience. Outstanding location, right next to historic RCA studio B. Charming, comfortable place. Be careful with the cancellation/reservation change policy: there is only a brief period after booking to make a change so be sure about your dates.

We've stayed here several Times as it is right by our daughter's dorm at Vandy. It is a great spot and the hosts are wonderful! It's one of our Nashville favorites!

Clean, very close to Ascend Amphitheater that we were able to walk. Host was always available for questions with quick response.

This place is perfect! It’s so clean and felt like my own home. She had cleaning products, facial products, contact solution, lotion, toilet trees, kitchen products etc. literally everything. She’s super sweet and is quick with responding. Will definitely be back!

Very comfortable furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms, quite neighborhood.

This place was awesome, it stood out from all the other places in the area. It was peaceful, great area, convenient restaurant location that you can hear the live music from the deck.

Our stay at Chad’s home was nothing short of amazing! From our very first messages, Chad‘s team was highly responsive, extremely accommodating, and made everything from booking to traveling a breeze. The home is incredible - spanning over four levels, our group of seven girls admired the tasteful decor, extreme cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout. The rooftop was hands down the cherry on top of it all! Every morning I went up there to meditate, stretch, and enjoy the breathtaking views of Nashville. Seriously could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting this wonderful city! Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs LOL - which was just my excuse to skip working out for the week. Rands place is very comfortable. I felt right at home. I would definitely book again if I was back in town.

Nice location in East Nashville close to lots of restaurants and an easy Lyft/Uber ride to Broadway. We rented both units and had plenty of space for 5 couples. The 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom, there is an extra full bath downstairs. Everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals. Bring your own coffee pods… There is a full kitchen living area upstairs we did not use. We enjoyed our stay.

Good place to hang out, enough space and sleeping arrangements for our group. Neighborhood was a little run down, but for our group not an issue. Overall was worth the money and would use this house again.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was just like the pictures. Great use of space. About a 5 minute Uber from Broadway in an up and coming area. The house was totally worth the price we paid. Very affordable for 4 couples. We would stay there again!

The condo was perfect for our group of 3. We were able to walk all of downtown easily from the unit. The neighborhood was nice and clean. The unit was well decorated and had all the right amenities. Beds and linens were GREAT, made getting a goods night rest easy after a long day of exploring. I would stay here again.

Great location to have pets and walkable to see downtown. Great stay and we got to see everything we wanted in Nashville.

Olivia's place a great last minute find as our original airbnb had to cancel the Thursday before we arrived on Sunday. Location couldn't be any better to get to all the midtown. Very responsive host and answered any questions we had. Will definitely re-book for our next adventure!

This Airbnb was an absolute hidden gem! David was amazing in planning and coordinating our stay! The condo was exactly how is was described and shown within the photos of the add! We were even able to communicate/coordinate a decorator to go into the unit and decorate prior to the brides arrival to add a little more celebration, but definitely not needed! The unit has great wall signs and decorations for photo ops! We will be sure to book again next time in Nashville!

Rented this place for a bachelor party. Absolutely perfect location. Many of the attractions are within walking distance. Really pretty area. The apartment had enough room for all of the guys to hang out and chill in. Would recommend to anybody coming down to Nashville!

Enjoyed our stay at Rindi's! Very close to Broadway and all Nashville has to offer. We went to a show at Nissan stadium and it was very walkable.

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!
