Beautiful house very easy walk through the park to the nearby shops. Everything you could need for a weekend away handy and even a shop across the road for groceries! Good communication about the trip and real pleasure to stay here

The place was amazing. Quiet, comfortable, easy, had everything you needed and with an amazing view. We would love to go back. Mo was friendly and on hand if needed but it felt private. A lovely space in a lovely place.

La maison de Lyn est superbe, propre, joliment décorée, confortable et, somme toute, très accueillante. Il y a beaucoup de place et la maison est située pas loin du centre ville. Lyn est une hôte accueillante et attentionnée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner et sa gentillesse en général.

Lovely barn cottage, great views, hidden away, nice walks to local areas and local pubs. loved the log fire as well, would recommend.

This house was beautiful with beautiful views and a lovely garden. The house was bigger than I expected which was perfect for what I needed it for. Would highly recommend.

Loved staying here. It is on a quiet street, close to a park and the river. The cottage is really well equipped and designed, with everything you need for a long weekend. There’s a wood burner and other heating if you need it - very cosy and secure!

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . Communication from Leila was prompt and accurate. Access to the property was well described and we found it easy to locate both the property and the keys. Inside, the apartment was lovely and clean with all the facilities that we could have needed. The views from the apartment over the harbour were great and although we didn’t end up using the balcony we did open the large window/door for an hour one afternoon which was very refreshing. Couldn’t fault anything really and if we visited Ilfracombe again we would have no hesitation in staying at Leila’s apartment

The apartment was well located and had all amenities. From our arrival to leaving, everything was available within the apartment, which was clean, comfortable and perfect for a long weekend. The area is well located, close to the sea and the nice town on Bidport, with a nice local market on the Saturday morning (worth a walk - around 30 minutes). Travelled to Weymouth but we recommend the 53 bus for the views along the cliff.. amazing and worth the ride just for this view (take the upper level if a double-decker). We'll be back, just for the location and the people. :-)

I had a wonderful stay at Ric's place. I know Clifton village well – it's one of my favourite places in the UK, and this apartment was perfectly situated for the village beautiful shops and cafes, just a stroll across a beautiful garden square. I came on a writing retreat and to see old friends, and it was fantastic to have a study room in addition to the bedroom. I loved the combination of a large, traditional cosy front room (with log burner) and stylish furniture, together with the bright modern kitchen (very French, my pal said) and clean white bedroom with beautiful art (throughout the apartment). There was a great garden view from the bedroom and study, with a lovely blossom tree, so all very peaceful. The bathroom was modern and squeaky clean and stocked with fantastic Malin & Goetz potions. All in all, a treat of a week! It was both productive and relaxing for me and I would definitely come back.

The apartment is a characterful and beautiful, well equipped, spacious space which felt relaxing and interesting at the same time. It fulfilled our desire to stay in somewhere that wasn't an ordinary, bland, featureless room. It was filled with curiosities and museum pieces whilst also being comfortable and quite lovely. Schönes Appartement. Hell und zeitlos eingerichtet, absolut geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns alle sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben die Küche kaum genutzt, sie war aber perfekt ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (Waschmaschine vorhanden). Es gibt in der Wohnung Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern. 2 einzelne Betten, ein Doppelbett und obwohl wir nur zu Dritt dort gewohnt haben, wäre durchaus für eine weitere Person ausreichend Platz vorhanden gewesen. Trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Patrycja hat im Vorfeld den CheckInn gut erklärt und war immer erreichbar.

This is our second stay in this lovely apartment. It is perfect for us as it is private and peaceful, yet you can easily walk to the town where there is plenty to see and do, good places to eat and drink. Also lovely walks up and down the river in other directions. Lyme Regis itself has loads to offer in terms of history, literature and plenty to do.

This is a wonderful dog friendly property in a great location for exploring all that Lyme Regis has to offer. Only minutes from the beach and shops. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the garden was especially lovely for sitting in to enjoy the beautiful weather. Mike was very helpful and communicated before we arrived with lots of additional information and recommendations about local attractions and restaurants etc. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a lovely place to stay with beautiful views from the outside terrace. This accommodation had everything we needed and was very convenient for visiting local attractions such as Wells and Cheddar Gorge. Carol was excellent at communicating and very helpful when we needed to change our booking due to personal circumstances. Thank you for a great stay Carol and the delicious complimentary cream tea you left for us. We would definitely come back here again and recommend it to family and friends.

A beautiful place with lots of space . We went over Easter with 9 adults 2 children and 2 dogs . The property is very spacious and all the bedrooms are a good size . The downstairs games room is huge fun :) The location is excellent with a cable car to get down to the beach and lots of pubs / restaurants very close to the house . Torquay Marina is a 10 minute drive but well worth it . We had fun crabbing at the Marina and a superb roast lunch in Twenty one . Simon and Charlie were excellent hosts and answered any queries very quickly . Highly recommend this property.

Had a wonderful time. The place felt very secluded with amazing amenities and stunning sea view. Neil was very friendly and helpful too and even left us chocolates and champagne to help us celebrate a special occasion. Would love to stay here again sometime.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The house is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for families or larger groups. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. One of the highlights was the large parking area—plenty of space to comfortably park up to 5 cars, which made things so convenient for us. Inside, the house is well-equipped for families, especially those with kids. There were lots of toys to keep the little ones entertained, which was a huge plus. The dining table is impressively big, allowing everyone to sit together and enjoy meals as a group—something we really appreciated. We were also pleasantly surprised by the generous complimentary breakfast items stocked in the house. It was a thoughtful touch that made our mornings easier and more enjoyable. The outdoor space is just as inviting as the inside. The back garden features a fun trampoline for kids, and a gas barbecue that’s perfect for enjoying meals outside.

WOW!! - Foxgloves Retreat is a truly magical place. As a family of 3, we have just returned from an Easter break and it was simply unbeatable. We were so well looked after from the minute we booked and arrived. Stella and Trevor were incredibly friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was fantastic. The house is absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, exceptionally well maintained and cosy too. Views over the parkland were really special - the colours, the local community enjoying themselves, lots of very happy waggly tails and birdsong. The garden is magnificent - the well manicured plants, colours and wildlife were captivating. Loved the escapism it offered, so private and extensive - great for exploring & hide and seek! The hot tub is huge, the views out were mesmerising and the sauna was a real treat after a busy day spent walking the beautiful and easily accessible coast path. Cannot wait to return in August. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

An absolutely unique and beautiful house, set amongst lovely grounds. The Christmas tree in the living room was such a nice touch as was the welcome basket full of goodies. We can thoroughly recommend exploring the woods and beach path behind the property. We loved sitting by the fire reading and hanging out in the cinema room in the evening. Thank you for such a quiet and peaceful stay.

A perfect place for our family get together. The 2 year old was delighted with toys to play with. The 20 somethings and 30 somethings loved the pool table and the hot tub. The oldies liked the peaceful surroundings and the views. The dogs loved the garden. We all loved the beautiful house, comfortable accommodation and the warmth from the AGA in the kitchen. And a bit of mystery and a secret.....all I will say is Smugglers' Top

We stayed here for my hen weekend. The house was perfect for all 14 of us. Plenty of room and great fun. I would highly recommend
