Also, there is no central A/C—however, 3 portable A/C units are provided to help cool the space, but it can get warm during heatwaves. Most guests are fine with it!

Riverview house close to PDX airport and downtown

A charming place, recently remodeled with tons of space. Brand new appliances, kitchenware etc. The sitting areas are on each of three floors, with the full bathroom on each floor too. Nice view on Columbia river from upstairs. Driving to PDX airport is fast and easy and going to Portland downtown in non-rush hours is also easy. A lot of restaurants and activities are now in North Portland, which is even closer. Vancouver downtown is just 5 min away. Easy access from hwy14, but somewhat noisy.

We love this apartment and we think you will too! It's very spacious, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, 700 square feet! Its bright, contemporary, you'll find everything you need and it's close to anywhere you'd like to go in Portland, only 10 min to downtown and airport. Completely private and self contained in a quiet ne Portland neighborhood that's close to everything Portland has to offer!
