Black Swan properties are amazing and Becky is an incredible host. Everything is as described and was perfect, and our family of five enjoyed every aspect of our visit. You won't find better accomodations in the Rochester area.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable stay, incredibly spacious unit, thoughtful furnishings, and wonderful amenities! No en-suite coffee despite coffee maker and filters in the kitchen, but a great alternative was the coffee machine in the lobby. Only one key fob, which was a bit inconvenient for 3 guests, but totally workable. Highly recommend, would absolutely love to stay here again!!

Julie was great and very accommodating with an unexpected health issue the last day. Great location in historic downtown and place was comfortable, private, silent, with spacious common area. I would come back.

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment, everything was perfect. It's a gem!

Great location if you are visiting Mayo. Walkable distance from the hospital and also a supermarket within walkable distance. The room is spacious and the sofa in the living room opens up to two beds if needed. Host is extremely quick to reply on any messages. The building management team is also very helpful. I had an amazing time there!

The rented unit looked exactly as pictured in the photos. It was clean, uncluttered, and very comfortable. Our host, Lorna, could not have been nicer. She made my family feel welcome. My sons enjoyed the exercise equipment along with the sauna. The condo was centrally located and easily accessible. We felt safe both inside the unit and where we parked our car. When I travel in the future to the Twin Cities, I will definitely try to rebook this Airbnb.

This location and amenities hit exactly what we were looking for at a less expensive rate than the hotel options.

Makayla helped me out in a last minute situation due to a family member being ill. I didn't try to reserve her place until around 6pm the night of but she still made it work. It helped me out tremendously. I appreciate the small town hospitality.

Rachael was a great host, and the house was spacious and clean. Neighborhood felt very safe and was close to lots of little restaurants. My kids loved the game room. Would stay here again if we travel with a big group in the future.

This place worked great for our group of 12! We had plenty of room in the dining room to eat, and everyone had a place to sleep. It’s a beautiful old house with all the uniqueness of older buildings - our kids had fun opening doors and discovering new things. As the advisor of a group of kids, the creaking stairs made it easy to know when they were all waking up. I thought parking on Grand Avenue would be a nightmare but it was just fine. Crystal was amazing to work with and super cooperative - she was a dream to communicate with. I would recommend!

Very spacious house that fits a big group very comfortably. Yard has lots of space for activities. One of our favorite features was how isolated the property was from neighbors—it was nice to have the extra privacy.

Booked this spot for our family & friends traveling to the area for my son’s wedding. The property is great. Decor is cozy and refreshing, with lots of natural light and many house plants. The kitchen is FULLY stocked- we could have baked cookies if we wanted. Lots of pantry staples, spices, even sweet treats and some drinks. I appreciated no overpowering plug-ins or room sprays, each room had a diffuser with lots of essential oil options. The only bummer was we didn’t have time to enjoy the soaking tub. We had 5 young adults staying and I heard multiple times “I love this house”. The bikes were used and my son said there’s lots of great, scenic trails nearby to enjoy. Overall, great space/place and would definitely stay again!

This is a great spot located between Winona and La Crosse with so many things to do! The Airbnb is located right next to railroad tracks but the host does provide earplugs to help with the noise. The directions were very clear to get to the home. The home was very clean and aesthetic! The host provided many board games and the house had lots to do for a quiet night in. Definitely would come back!

The house was in a nice cozy neighborhood and there was a pond behind the house. It was well kept and clean, an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Jason’s home was perfect for my family of 7 to stay. The house has a lot of different rooms and spaces yet still feels open. I really appreciated the fenced in yard for my dog, the huge kitchen that was great for cooking, and the comfortable beds. I especially liked the view outside from the living room — it felt very private and secluded. Check out was a breeze, and the movie room was an added bonus! Jason was really responsive, and I would definitely recommend his home as a great place to stay.

Anna thank you for being an amazing host! The home was amazing! We felt so welcome! We had 6 adults and children ranging from 16 years old to 18 months old and there was space for everyone! Anna you’ve thought of everything! The toys for the kids was a huge hit as well as that amazing playground! Games for the teenagers and adults. Movie screens were perfect for movie night and watching college basketball. A kitchen with everything you could think of to prepare meals for a large crowd. We all loved how clearly everything was labeled. Relaxing on the deck watching the deer in the yard in the evenings was wonderful! Anna- thank you for making this house feel like home, thank you for being a welcoming host! You made this property truly special for our little spring break getaway! We’d gladly stay again and again!
