Mark & Paul would love to welcome you to our rural 2 bedroom cottage, close to the North Kent coast in the grounds of 14th Century Frognal Farmhouse. The triple glazed cottage provides comfortable accommodation and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or by train straight into Teynham station from London Victoria, (1 hr 6m). We are 10 mins walk from Teynham railway station. Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. We have released all availabilty through to end of December 2026

Herne Bay,Whitstable towns and the city of Canterbury just 15 mins by car. Local buses run frequently in both directions Enjoy.

Welcome to Dough Cottage, Whitstable. We offer a personal touch; a homely and comfortable space, where you can cook in our modern, well equipped kitchen, then dine indoors, or venture out to the sunny, enclosed garden. Make use of the charcoal barbecue and comfy sun-trap seating area. In the evening, stay cosy around the smart TV with Netflix, and library of DVDs or listen to music, play board games and have a leisurely look through the varied books and magazines. One well behaved dog welcome.

It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. We invite you to soak up this tranquil farm setting within walking distance to the seacliffes & seafront. There is a relaxing pond right by your hut and you will hear just the sounds of birds, crickets and livestock. Ideal for a break away from reality. Although the area you will be staying in is kept secluded.. there are goats, horses and sheep in nearby paddocks and Runner Ducks wandering around. We have put our whole hearts into this to create something special for our guests to enjoy!

You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Dog friendly. Close to many famous houses and gardens ,Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Chartwell, Batemans and Scotney Castle. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away. Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

It is The Oaks Retreat, WINNER of the Paris Design awards 2024 'best hospitality interior', an architecturally inspired bespoke woodland Airbnb located in the seaside town of Whitstable. The Oak Lodge offers 2 king size bedrooms fully customized with high-end finishes which to need to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log burning sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

A beautiful 2 bedroom cottage in the most wonderful location - steps away from the beach and a few minutes walk to the centre of Whitstable. This fisherman’s cottage dates back to 1810, is full of period charm, and sympathetically decorated with antique, comfortable furniture. The cottage has a mature garden with side access, and is set down several steps meaning it feels nice and private. The cottage has steep stairs and some low ceilings.

Unique barn conversion with beautiful marsh views

This recently converted barn is situated on the edge of the North Kent Marshes, with stunning views of the birds and wildlife on the marshes and surrounded by pear orchards to the rear. You’ll enjoy complete privacy, with no surrounding properties and a real sense of peace and tranquillity. The property is located in the middle of a working farm, with our sheep grazing the marshes and a variety of fruit grown in the orchards.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
