Olaf is nestled in the garden, surrounded by trees and flowers. Tilia, at the top of the drive, enjoys a rural view up the hill with sheep, cows and the odd kangaroo jumping by. This is a comfortable self-contained studio, formerly an actual artist's studio, underneath the main residence, with its own shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, a king single that doubles as a sofa, and a single trundle bed. It has a small dining table and four chairs. It now boasts a camping washing machine for light loads, and an airer, as well as a dehumidifier. I also added an air fryer!
