The newly renovated apartment located in Grazzano Badoglio, arranged over two floors, can accommodate up to 4-5 people, it consists of a large bedroom equipped with a sink and there is the possibility of an additional bed.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the living area with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and entrance area. Elegante cascina immersa nelle colline del Monferrato. L'alloggio indipendente, ricavato dal fienile, è completo di saletta da pranzo, comodo bagno ed ampia e luminosa camera con letto matrimoniale e letto da una piazza e mezza ideale per una coppia, famiglia o gruppo di amici, sino a 3/4 persone. Dalla camera si potrà godere di una vista panoramica incantevole, così come dalla grande terrazza dove serviamo la colazione su richiesta nel weekend. A disposizione anche gli spazi esterni relax.

La casa è totalmente indipendente, immersa nel verde dell'uliveto ligure, con una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso. Il panorama fruibile dalle terrazze e dalle finestre si apre dall'estremo ponente ligure al Monte di Portofino e nelle giornate limpide fino all'arcipelago toscano e la Corsica. Il mare (500 m.) Recco(1200 m.) il Parco Nazionale di Portofino(3km) sono raggiungibili oltre che in auto, anche a piedi con panoramiche passeggiate; Genova-Nervi dista 12 km (SS1 Aurelia)

Suitable for those who want to explore the Roero, Langhe & Monferrato hills, enjoy being in nature, walking or cycling. We are within 10mins of Govone Castle and 20-25 mins from the larger towns of Asti and Alba, where the famous international truffle fair is held. Many beautiful small towns to visit including Barolo and Barbaresco.

Náš dům leží v centru středověkého městečka Tagliolo Monferrato obklopeného vinicemi a horami. K ligurijské riviéře se dostanete autem za 30 minut. Pro milovníky vína je na dojezd známá oblast Barolo & Langhe. Do starého přístavu Janov (Genova) cesta autem trvá zhruba 50 minut. Každé ráno můžete posnídat v místním baru a nasát pravou italskou atmosféru s cappucinem a croissantem. (20m od baráku) Parkování zdarma u baráku na ulici a nebo v blízkosti na parkovišti.

Tenuta Magrini

The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.

Panoramic house with private spa - Roncaglia Suite

Charming Holiday Home with private spa located in Laghe and Roero, an oasis of real relaxation where you will therefore be the only guests. The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.

Bigat is located in the centre of Castiglione Falletto, village in the heart of the Barolo wine production area. The apartment "il baco" is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the small private garden. On the first floor the bedroom with balcony and view of the Langhe hills. 2 E-bikes are available for our guests to discover the Langhe!
