Little House on the Quarry

We’d like to invite you to the “Little House on the Quarry.” We purchased this old rock quarry and it hasn’t been mined since 1968. The water is crystal clear blue and up to 75ft deep. It has rock walls up to 100ft high. The camping is completely secluded with breathtaking views and an outdoor shower. There is a walking trail that leads to another lookout with a rose garden. This isn’t like anything you’ll find in GA. Access to the quarry/water is available for an additional fee upon arrival.

The 83 acres include walking trails, plenty of wildlife, and so much to explore. The diverse surroundings and rolling landscape give flashes of God's creation at every turn. The home has large porches along with plenty of windows for scenic views. Everything about the house is new yet feels like it's been nestled in the woods for decades.

Calhoun Carriage House

Guest apt upstairs over a garage in a beautiful, rustic, quiet country setting. Large deck overlooking pasture with lovely morning and evening views. No Pets. One bedroom and a pullout couch with a twin bed (appropriate for a child or young adult). This space is perfect for a couple and a child (or maybe 2), but not 3 adults. All new appliances. Hosts are on site in a separate house. Coffee provided. Playpen available. Please read all house rules before booking. No cleaning fees.
