There's also a tavern with kitchen, living and dining room can host up to 30 people. During warm season enjoy the HEATED POOL equipped with loungers and umbrellas.

Completamente ristrutturato, con caratteristici tetti con travi in legno e pianelle a vista, l’edificio è molto antico: in passato il casale aveva annessa la chiesa parrocchiale di S. Stefano, da cui prende il nome e le cui mura perimetrali esistono tuttora. Il casale è dotato di 2 appartamenti.

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre.
