Ho trascorso un wee-kend con la mia famiglia, Okcaha gentilissima e disponibile. Il apartamento ben pulito è ordinato niente da dire, si trova anche in una buona posizione vicino al mare, nei dintorni e ben gestita di ristorante e supermercato. La consiglierei.

Прекрасная, чистая и удобная квартира, расположенная в курортном посёлке Пржно, в общине Будва. Тихий район, в жаркие летние дни здесь ещё есть прохлада по ночам, нет толп туристов и шумных заведений. На разном удалении от квартиры есть 3 муниципальных пляжа, где можно как взять в аренду зонты и лежаки, так и расположиться со своим зонтом и подстилкой. До ближайшего пляжа всего 4 минуты ходьбы. Он состоит из 2-х частей: одна часть примыкает к отельному пляжу и имеет довольно приятный вход в море, вторая часть более живописна, но вход в море там довольно непростой из-за больших, скользких, а зачастую и острых камней. Этот пляж довольно быстро заполняется отдыхающими, поэтому находиться на нём комфортно до 10 утра или после 20 вечера. В 15 минутах ходьбы есть большой пляж Каменово. В 20 минутах ходьбы через прекрасный Королевский парк есть очень приятный пляж - Свети Стефан. Рядом с квартирой есть 3 небольших магазинчика. Большие магазины, с большим ассортиментом и более низкими ценами, есть в Рафаиловичах, Бечичах, Будве. Туда можно дойти пешком, вдоль моря, спустившись к пляжу Каменово или доехать на автобусе. Автобусная остановка расположена в 3-х минутах ходьбы от дома. Хозяйка всегда была на связи. Смело рекомендуем данную квартиру для отдыха в Черногории.

Kao i sto svi pisu Oksana je super host, tu je uvek za sva pitanja. Stan je bio cist i isti kao i na slikama, blizu plaze i prodavnice. +Preko puta direktno je restoran gde ima svaki dan drugi dnevni meni (supa, glavno jelo, salata i casa pica-ove god za 9,5€). Nisu daleko ni plazni restorani/kafici gde ima i dosta brze hrane (pica, girosa, palanicka, pljeskavica itd za 2-4€). Kao i prodavnica ideja i razne pekare su u blizini stana. -Za one koje planiraju da kuvaju cesto mozda bitna info da u kuhinji nema tople vode za pranje sudja. +U stanu ima osnovnog pribora za kuvanje, fen, daska za peglanje i pegla, masina za ves, zica za susenje vesa(koja eventualno treba da se zameni-par zica su otkacene). -Ono cega nema je prasak/deterdzent za pranje vesa, ali se lako nabavi. Ali nista ne radi nedeljom tako da na vreme u kupovinu. -Za one koje dolaze sa malom decom i kolicima- da znate ima desetak stepenika pre lifta. +Dobijete internet koji mozete nositi sa sobom, baterija drzi 4 sata.

cpt boban was the best host I've ever had on airbnb, he is truly what makes this place stand out. on arrival, he upgraded our stay due to it being my boyfriends birthday, and then he invited us for welcome drinks to give us recommendations for things to do on our trip. the apartment was very spacious and perfectly situated for everything we needed. Thanks so much, staying here was the highlight of our trip :)

Розташовання квартири зручне, поруч є супермаркет, ресторан, автобусна станція, до набережної близько. У квартирі є всі необхідні речі, окрім пральної машинки . Якщо потрібно щось попрати , можете звертатися до власниці квартири. Помешкання знаходиться на останньому 3 поверсі тому враховуйте це, якщо не хочете ходити по сходах.Достатньо спекотно, без кондиціонера не обійтися. Власниця квартири Злата - приємна та привітна.

De plek en het huisje zijn prachtig. Bovendien zijn de hosts ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik werd vriendelijk ontvangen en alles werd uitgelegd. Heel veel leuke tips voor de omgeving gekregen! Bovenal is het uitzicht prachtig, daar heb ik iedere dag enorm van genoten. De weg ernaartoe kan wat spannend zijn, maar ik vond het goed te doen. Het lokale restaurantje (Organic FarmFood) is een aanrader. Ik had wat uitdagingen met mijn auto, daar heeft de broer van Risto enorm bij geholpen en het is allemaal goed gekomen. Kortom: helemaal waard om te bezoeken en ik hoop een keer terug te komen.

Katarina è stata un host eccezionale!ci ha accolti a casa sua con grande amore! Ogni domanda ha ricevuto immediata risposta e ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze! La casa è enorme, il giardino comodissimo e le terrazze meravigliose per mangiare all’aperto! La piscina comoda quando non si vuole andare in spiaggia! Super! Grazie mille Katarina!

Victor first came to the bus station to pick us up, then he adviced us to go shopping and took us to the store, he then drove us home and showed us our suite. It was very clean and cosy. We especially enjoyed the pool and the fireplace. We could go swimming anytime of the day and the pool was very clean and well maintained whilst we were there. The pool area also had lounge chairs and there were some pool toys. The garden around the pool was also very beautiful with lots of fruit bearing trees/plants. He also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine from his vineyard. He had to communicate with a translator but, it was still very easy to communicate with him and trust what he said. We would definitely love to stay here again when next we’re in Montenegro.

We had the most wonderful time at Tea’s residency. The suite has everything you need to make you feel like at home, the hosts are wonderful people, we went to three different beaches nearby, everything was great! Can’t wait to visit again

Holidaying with kids so the pool was an absolute must especially in the 34 deg heat. WiFi was also excellent. The hosts - Milena and her husband - were responsive and incredibly helpful. Previous reviews mentioned the busy road which was true but didn’t mar our enjoyment. The local restaurants were good but the same food served in each one. Amora was our favourite! A car is a must if you want to explore Montenegro or need to get to a decent supermarket although the parking by the apartment is unreliable. Must do’s: Portonovi (walkable from the apartment) , Kotor cable car and rollercoaster. Kotor old town, Tivat & Herceg Novi. Thanks once again for an amazing holiday which we will remember forever.

Great location with easy access to the sea: 3-4 minutes by foot. Apartment is spacious and clean.

Spending a week in this house was an absolute pleasure. Great location — the old town is just around the corner, and the nearest grocery store covered all our needs. We really enjoyed having breakfast in the yard and spending evenings on the patio. We especially remember the ginger cat who came in the evenings and cozily settled on our laps. Thank you very much, Draga! I had a wonderful time and would love to return again.

Llegamos desde la estación de bus al alojamiento en unos 6 min a pie. Lindo edificio aunque sin escaleras, el departamento se encuentra en un 4to piso. Amplio y Bien decorado, con aire acondicionado en el living, sofá comodo. No utilizamos la cocina más que para un té. Pero es linda. La habitación no cuenta con aire pero si con una ventana para que corra viento en la noche. Cama y almohadas cómodas. Lo recomiendo

We were a group of 8 friends, and stayed at Vila Plitka for 5 days. Fantastic villa, with really beautiful views across the Bay of Kotor. The villa is located right on the beachfront, with direct access into the sea. We swam every day! There is a large, private outside space, along with the jetty out into the bay. Maya and Droko were great with communication prior to our arrival, and made themselves available during the trip (which we didn't need). They left a lovely welcome gift of some food and drinks. Washing machine and dishwasher tablets were supplied, which we were grateful for. All the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. There are bathrooms on every floor. There was some damp in one of the bedrooms. The sauna is a nice addition, but warms up quite slowly and does not get that hot.

Hotel staff were very helpful and generous.
