Es trennen Sie nur wenige Autominuten von den Montiggler Seen oder dem Kalterer See, die Landeshauptstadt Bozen liegt ebenfalls nur 18 Fahrminuten entfernt. Das Apartment ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Bike - Touren und Ausflüge.

Het gezellige Appartement 16 ligt in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, in de buurt van Bolzano/Bozen en is een prima uitgangspunt voor het verkennen van zowel de stad als de prachtige bergen van Zuid-Tirol. Het appartement van 50 m² bestaat uit een woonkamer, een goed uitgeruste keuken met een vaatwasser, een slaapkamer en een badkamer en is dus geschikt voor 4 personen. Extra voorzieningen zijn wifi (geschikt voor videogesprekken), satelliettelevisie, een babybedje en een kinderstoel.
