Available year-round, this cottage is quaint & cozy, can sleep 3-4 (1 double bed, 1 single & futon), has all the modern amenities, with small kitchen, bathroom, bedding, linens, BBQ. The Perched cabin is one of our three cabins. We also have the Apple Tree and the Poplar cabin. This is glamping at its best. Window walls letting light into every side. A sleeping loft. Built with logs. Well equipped for cooking. Heated with woodstove - firewood included. In the middle of the forest. A lot of trails to enjoy. No neighbours. The perfect spot to unwind. We are farmers, a precise time of arrival is important. You are welcome to visit the farm.

Located on the learning hill of the mountain, this quaint one bedroom cabin is perfect for families to enjoy true ski-in/ski-out convenience in the Adirondacks. Walking distance from our Lower Lodge with satellite TV, kids' play area, restaurant, and cafeteria (open daily until 4 p.m.; Friday and Saturday to 10 p.m. winter only) If there is no slope-side lodging available try the award winning Holiday Inn Express located just 7 miles away!
