Samantha gave amazing instructions on checking in and checking out. The place was easy to find and I liked that there was a private parking lot. It was also close enough to the convention center to take an Uber relatively cheap and still get there pretty quick. I would definitely stay again.

Leading up to our stay Kimberly was proactive about communicating with us to make sure we had our needs met. She was flexible with check-in and the place was very cozy and perfect for us. We would definitely stay again.

I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! The location was absolutely incredible—situated right on the downtown square, it offered unmatched convenience and charm. Being steps away from fantastic local restaurants, quaint shops, and lively entertainment made our stay truly special. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. Past reviews nailed it—this is a gem in the heart of it all! Waking up to the buzz of the square and winding down at night with its serene beauty was great. If you're looking for a perfect blend of comfort, style, and a prime downtown location, this is the place to book. We will definitely return again and again since our son will be attending I.U. next year.

Hosts were amazing, home was fantastic, incredibly well stocked (best Airbnb every and we stay at a TON), very responsive...highly, highly recommend the house and the hosts!

Can’t really talk this place up enough! Me and a few buddies I served with came to pay our respects to a fellow soldier that had passed and needed somewhere to stay that fits up to 5. This place was perfect! Plenty of room and everything you could possibly want/need and then some! We will be back for sure next visit can’t recommend this place enough and for such a great price! We love this area of Indianapolis and we’re excited to come stay for a wedding weekend. It was in the perfect spot. Parking was easy, the house is old and charming. The hosts are extremely helpful and responsive! We would definitely stay here again when in the area!

House is newly remodeled. Beds were comfortable and clean. Didn’t use any of the amenities, but they all appeared functioning. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Ben’s place for a bachelorette party. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable! The hot tub was very clean and worked well. Kitchen had a great array of dishes to make a large breakfast spread, and plenty of cups/utensils, ect. Only thing we were missing was a full length mirror 😆 a group of 7 ladies definitely missed that. But overall, the stay was great and Ben was very prompt with his replies. If we come to Indy again soon, we will definitely stay at one his properties! Thank you Ben!

Katie was an amazing host and super friendly!! The cute little home smelled amazing the second we walked in. Everything was very clean. It was only a couple blocks from the HiFi concert venue we went to, which was awesome!! The parking behind the house was so convenient! The only thing I would mention is the gate behind the house is a bit tricky, so you just need to be careful. It helps if you have someone get out and open and close the gate while another person parks the car. I loved the little complementary snacks and the record player!! Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again!!

A beautiful, comfortable, clean townhouse that's an easy drive to downtown Bloomington. Easy to get to yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Owner is courteous and communicative. HIGHLY recommend!

Great space! I had an unfortunate change in my arrival time and was Lystina was gracious enough to accommodate! The place was clean, with a lot of comfortable spaces to sit and be in. The description of the pace and surroundings were spot on. Easy walk to the convention center, the bars and restaurants on S. Meridian St, and the basketball arena. I recommend this, and would get this space, again!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay for the Taylor Swift Concert! Ellie was VERY responsive and helpful. She made me feel comfortable with the listing and everything was a described. Parking on the street was very easy and always available. Ellie recommended Leviathan Bakehouse, just at the end of the street-- it was delicious! The Garage Food Hall is also in walking distance and fun atmosphere. Easy to get downtown by car for the concert. Ellie was always willing to help. When we only had 2 towels, she helped to bring more. Price was high, but that was expected for the weekend we visited. Only downfall was strong use of vanilla air freshener and some corners were a little dusty, but I think that was just due to being an older flat. Thank you for helping make a wonderful and memorable weekend for 3 Swifties!
