This was an absolute gem of a property! A well kept cozy farm house with picturesque views all around. A lovely welcome basket of treats was provided upon arrival! Incredibly priced for the size of the home as well as being very clean. Our favorite feature of the house was the wood burning fireplace- ending the evening around the fire was a perfect way to close out each day! 10/10 property.

Comfortable space for a weekend visit. Nice kitchen set up so meals can be cooked at 'home' and not have to go out to eat all the time. There was a small issue that the host took care of right away with an appropriate response and action. This is the place we always try to get when we are visiting the area.

We had a wonderful experience this past weekend! The listing was accurate and well explained. Gabriel was very helpful and communicated openly and frequently. Enough space for the whole family, off street parking, and restaurants in walking distance. Very calm and quiet, and a great place to relax for a weekend. Thank you!

We only stayed for one night as we were biking the GAP rail trail. Leo's place is a gem. The home has 3 bedrooms all located upstairs. The beds were very comfortable and the shower worked great. The kitchen was well stocked. And access to Leo's place was very easy. There is a screen porch on the house which is a great place to store your bikes. Everything is within walking distance, including the grocery store and restaurants. A great place to stay.

This house was very cozy, VERY clean and comfortable. Beds were super nice and sheets were so soft. Will definitely be staying here again.

What a nice, comfortable cottage backing onto the Cheat River! The back porch is great for morning coffee & breakfast & the kitchen is spacious & well-equipped. Rowlesburg is close to many nice areas for hiking/biking & an easy hour drive to Morgantown to visit our son. One thing I always appreciate about being home in WV (grew up near the Ohio River) is the open-ness & friendliness of the locals just about anywhere I go.

The place itself is a piece of history. Staying here is quite a experience. Beautiful pristine natural location with a small airport at one end of the property. The host is very responsive and warm. I would love to visit again.

Wandas place was great and nice and clean This location is only a short drive to deep creek and surrounding areas. it is very walkable and my dogs enjoyed the nearby trail. Wanda allowed my 2 dogs and was very responsive and let is check in a tad earlier. Wanda put a lot of time into the cute and welcoming decor in the apartment and it was very clean. Thanks for a great stay.

Our stay on the farm was peaceful and quiet. The view was amazing. The suite was clean and private. Kam was super responsive to an issue we had with the jacuzzi tub and was there within 15 minutes along with her maintenance man. Definitely recommended Haley Farm if you desire peace and that down on the farm feel!

What a beautiful place! So perfectly decorated, so many cute details -- the bird pictures, the little bird pair in the bathroom, the books. The table is placed so that you can watch the birds at the myriad of feeders outside the window and this was just delightful. We have birds in our yard, but we have never been able to see them so closely. I am convinced we made friends with a cardinal pair. ;-) Sadly, due to an abundance of squirrels in our neighborhood, I don't believe that getting feeders is in our immediate future. ;-) A guide to birds was left on the table so we could identify some of the ones we weren't familiar with. Joyce was friendly and proactive from the very start. Their property is just beautiful and it was so peaceful. The bed was comfortable and my husband and I both got excellent sleep. Very near to Cooper's Rock State Park. Highly recommend!

It was the perfect place for my family to stay for the weekend. It's close to the campus but in a nice out of the way neighborhood.

Easy check in...Quick response from hosts....exactly like pictures...very clean...exactly what we needed while we were in town for a weekend baseball tournament. Will absolutely stay again if/when we’re back in town.

What a lovely place! We would stay here again for being the only adult with four teenage boys. I still had my own quiet space in the basement and we had everything we needed especially being so close to the resort! It was a beautiful, beautiful day we loved everything about it and we are so grateful foryour graciousness.

Everything was great, place was clean & as described. Only thing I was not crazy about was it was on the lower level which I knew but the condos are older so everything happening upstairs I heard all night long. The second night I put on white noise so it helped me because I’m a VERY light sleeper. Our friends and my husband had no issues sleeping but I hear everything so for me I wish I had brought ear plugs. I swear a leaf could fall outside and I’d wake up and be up for 2 hours. Overall we absolutely loved this place and would definitely recommend it and stay again! We almost don’t want anyone to know about this gem so it’s available the next time we come to see the Mountaineers play!! Perfect place & perfect location!!! Thanks for letting us stay!!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was comfortable and felt very inviting, with cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was especially great—spacious, clean, and well-appointed. This was a great place for four to stay while visiting our Mountaineer. Kitchen facilitated game day tailgate prep, and it was an easy ride down to the stadium. Laura is an easygoing host and cares about the maintenance and appearance of her listing.

I can't say enough great things about this place! it was so cozy and comfortable! My friend and I went for a girls getaway weekend to relax and this was so ideal! They even prepped the fireplace for us! I would definitely come back here and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else!
