Completely renovated with modern conveniences, including central AC & super fast, Starlink internet. 5 miles from Shenandoah National Park, Luray Caverns. A short walk to Lake Arrowhead. We also own the downtown cafe, Broad Porch Coffee, so are local and can help if you ever need anything. We are family friendly and love dogs, no pet fee. Welcome to the Zen Dome! Our newly constructed geodesic dome is the perfect romantic getaway in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Enjoy all the amenities of home (wifi, A/C, kitchen, bathroom) all while being fully immersed in nature and a short 8 min drive to the National Park! The home includes a Queen bed, a 2nd level loft with a queen bed, 1 large bathroom, a dining area, full stocked kitchen, and an outdoor patio area with hot tub, outdoor dining table, and fire pit. You deserve some Zen!

We are located 5 minutes from both Luray Caverns and Shenandoah National Park. We are just far enough out of town to enjoy the peacefulness of nature, but close enough for all of the conveniences. You will have the luxury of having your own, SEPARATE ENTRANCE and space for your privacy, but the OWNERS STILL LIVE IN THE HOME. You will most likely hear us and our DOGS moving around our home. This space has 4 beds that are upstairs. There is also a pool (NOT heated) that you are welcome to use.

Peaceful Secluded Old Rag Retreat

The spacious one bedroom yurt is located high on a forested hillside in the middle of 15+ acres. Come enjoy a natural and serene getaway with all the comforts of home- a full kitchen (ie, all utensils, setting for four), a bathroom with shower and laundry, a queen bedroom, and a queen foldout sofa in the living room by the wood burning stove. The windows roll up from the outside and have permanent screens inside. There is also a BBQ grill, a separate firepit, and WiFi via satellite.

Luray has been our home, our escape, and our happy place for some time and we are excited to be able to share this town with you and your family.
