A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju. Kućica "Casetta Melon" preuređena u apartman od oko 40 m2 površine, zadržane patine proteklih stoljeća, ali u skladu sa potrebama suvremenog čovjeka, mala i intimna, a opet opremljena i komforna s vlastita dva izlaza na javnu površinu. Smještena je na južnoj strani, u jednoj od živopisnijih, a opet i izrazito mirnoj četvrti Motovuna, na adresi Rialto 11, u kojoj nema prometa.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
