It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

Darren's place was exactly like the pictures, it was such a great place in a great location, it was clean and he provided loads of towels and bedding and I couldn't recommend Darren's place enough!

Wonderful stay. Everything was as described and as pictured. Perfect for large family groups, plenty of space to come together and separate for quiet time. We had 3 young children and they made good use out of the upstairs living space (“playroom”) and trampoline. The pool once we got it sorted was the perfect temperature. Rooms were very clean and very spacious. Great kitchen and welll stocked with cleaning products as was the laundry. Check in/out was easy and Anna was friendly and a very responsive host.

This property is absolutely stunning! I have already linked it to all my family members and I think this place may be a family tradition soon! It’s so spacious, so many nice details and great for families! Will definitely be back again.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Loved our stay at Andrews place! The house is in a great location, and is a walking distance to the main parts of Rye. The house itself is clean and well equipped with everything you need, and the mountain views really uplift the experience of sitting on the deck, particularly in the mornings as you catch a beautiful sunrise. Andrew himself is an excellent host, and was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

Rod’s place was easy to find and located close to shops and the beach. It had a beautiful sunset view and lots of seating to enjoy on the verandah. There was lots of space for our family in the house with 2 living spaces. The house was decorated with Rod’s passion for music. The kitchen was well equipped with more appliances than a usual Airbnb. The pantry was also well stocked with plenty of extras. Lots of space for our dog to run around outside as well. There were also lots of tv screens every where enough for everyone to choose what they wanted to watch. Board games provided entertainment for our little ones. Lots of wood provided for a lovely fireplace in the colder months. Thank you for having our family.

The unit is very clean, fun and modern. A beautiful space and surroundings. We only stayed one night but could easily stay longer. Would absolutely return. Thanks Kevin!

We would highly recommend Alex's apartment for many reasons. The location is perfect in terms of trams, cafes and restaurants and yet it was quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and comfortable and contained all that we needed for our week's stay. Alex met us at the apartment block and explained the information we needed for staying and leaving. We would stay again when we return to Melbourne. Thank you Alex.

I recently had 9 night stay at Ana's apartment and I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. I travel to Melbourne several times each year and have stayed in quite a number of other Airbnb's in Prahran and the surrounding suburbs and I can honestly say Ana's apartment is at the top of my list. I really appreciated how well cared for, clean, comfortable and well equiped the apartment is, I felt right at home. Ana is a great host, her communications and instructions were clear and helpful and she is very responsive. I will be checking the availability of Ana's apartment first for my future visits to Melbourne. Thank you Ana for providing a 10 out of 10 experience for me.

I don't normally leave reviews but this was one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in so I feel it deserves one. It's a beautiful, sunlit apartment. Being a corner apartment it gets sun on two sides. The plant life makes it feel very homely. You can tell someone lives here and it's not just bought to rent out. Even the lighting has been thought through. Everything in the apartment worked which was a big plus and all of the appliances are modern and function well.

这是一个令人惊叹的房子！ 首先，阳台竟然可以看到墨尔本完美的日出和日落，足不出户，270度绝美景观，以下照片都是我手机实拍，回顾他们仍然觉得不可思议。早上可以看到热气球。夜景也非常壮丽。 非常特别的是，阳台BBQ cannot be better! 夜里看着夜景烤肉&在阳台上吃，简直是最难忘的经历之一，第一次来澳大利亚的6岁的儿子兴奋的对着夜空喊出，I love here! 屋内同样非常整洁有品味，餐具和厨房设施质量极佳。很多艺术的细节。主卧电热毯非常舒适，孩子也非常喜爱儿童房。可以看出Jeff和Melinda一家十分热爱生活，爱这里。 房子的位置极佳，旁边就是气势恢宏的战争纪念馆和皇家植物园，后面是阿尔伯特公园和圣基尔达海滩。最重要的是，楼下就是tram站点，在tram主干道上，可以坐很多很多车，去哪里都十分方便。 3楼的泳池和健身房桑拿房很不错，停车场也很不错。 虽然我们走过许多国家、城市和漂亮的房子，但我仍然对这里叹为观止。难以置信的美景和享受。如果有机会，一定会再回来。 总之，PERFECT！

Wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable, quiet and a great location. Easy access into St Kilda and tram into city centre. Hayley was very responsive to any questions pre stay and during. Lots of additional unexpected extras left to eat/ drink and use which is always greatly appreciated when travelling. Would throughly recommend for a short or longer stay. Would suggest a few more serving dishes needed. Shower and bath great, just be aware water comes out very, very hot! Thank you Hayley- a perfect Air B&B and have already recommended to friends- just hope you have availability! Margie& Andy

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. We would highly recommend their place and would definitely book again. Thank you very much, Ros and Andrew!

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Phillip Island! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Steve, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. There was a detailed file with clear instructions and information about nearby attractions and their timings, which made exploring the area so much easier. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

The place was comfortable and cosy, easy to find and conveniently located. Karen was friendly and responsive, overall it is a lovely condo for anyone looking to stay in Mt Eliza for a few days.

very cozy place, the parking is very convenient, a supermarket is just walking distance. will definitely recommend and will choose to stay here again when i visit point cook again.
